And it took them two hours, so they worked really hard.

I even went a few times over the winter because I appreciate how quick and easy Super Wash is. There has never been a wait. I pull right up and vacuum 4 minutes per $1.00 and then pull into the bay. My best guess is 1 cent a second in the bay once you swipe your credit card and hit GO. Today I watched the clock and that seems to be how quickly the cost adds up- a cent a second. But the cost is great! I cleaned a full size car: all 5 steps plus air dryer for $7.50. And there were only 2 customers there at the lunch hour. Alex, Quinton, Jessie, and the smaller Asian employee have consistently been helpful, friendly, and willing to help whenever I've needed anything. Unfortunately, there is one younger white employee who has consistently had an attitude. Every time I've dealt with him, he comes across as rude and unwelcoming. The biggest issue I've noticed over the past month is the vacuums. He seems to turn them off before 9 PM, and if you're still using them around 9, he'll shut them off right at 9. There have been multiple times where it seemed like they were being turned off before the actual closing time. It's frustrating because the other employees make the experience enjoyable, but this one employee's attitude and how he handles the vacuums really stand out. Hopefully management addresses it because the rest of the staff has been great.
