They get zero stars. On November 1, 2024, I went to the location in Lombard, Illinois wanting to…read morepurchase 19" rims for my car. They didn't have them in stock, they only had 20". I was talked into buying the 20" rims as they assured me that they would fit my car even though they are 2" larger than the original equipment. I spent $2,450 and the car looked AWESOME. Less than a month later, the front tire wasn't holding air so I called them up and they told me to bring the car in. I thought I had a nail in the tire but once there, they told me my rim was cracked and gave me the number to who they recommend to fix it. I became upset because of the way I was treated by Daniel and the other guy working up front. They were HORRIBLE, said I was lying, and accused me of hitting a pothole and putting fix a flat in the tire. After leaving a review about our experience, I received a call from the owner. He offered to replace the rim and I would pay half the cost and take the review down. He was going to call the rim manufacturer and call me back with a price. It was really cold outside with temperatures in the teens and I was having to put air in the tire daily. It is February 10, about 3 months later and I am still waiting for the owner to call back. I ended up having to pay to have it repaired by a company that I found on my own who confirmed that there was no fix-a-flat in the tire and that the rim was indeed damaged. I believe that I was sold a damaged rim and once the temperatures dropped outside, it started losing air. The company that did the repair rolled out the rim and tire to the waiting area and peeled the tire back and showed me that there was nothing put inside the tire and the rim was definitely damaged. See photo. I could have gotten rims and tires from Discount Tire like I have done in the past and received much better service and a warranty. Before you buy anything here just know that no matter what they tell you in the store "ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGE" is printed on your receipt and they have no problem throwing that back in your face just like they did to me. Be very cautious.

Recently, my wife and I purchased a vehicle and was assured that the battery was in optimal…read morecondition. However, upon inspecting the vehicle the day prior, I observed that the battery required a jump start before a test drive could be conducted--an unusual circumstance. I raised this concern, along with a slight misalignment in the vehicle's steering, with the salesperson, who subsequently relayed these issues to the owner. The following day, we returned with the intention of finalizing the purchase. I was informed that the battery had been inspected and fully charged, and that it was deemed to be in good condition. In my experience, a truly healthy battery does not require recharging to operate reliably. Notably, the vehicle is a 2019 model--manufactured in 2018--meaning the battery is approximately eight years old. There is no service record indicating that the battery has been replaced; had it been serviced or replaced through an authorized dealer, such documentation would be available. While the vehicle was fairly priced, we requested a concession of a slightly reduction in price to account for the battery and alignment concerns. However, the request was denied. The car was quite nice, and my wife liked it; however, had her battery died unexpectedly while she was far from home, it could have been a significantly problematic situation. I believe that addressing these issues appropriately would have been a fairer approach, rather than dismissing them solely to maintain the asking price.
