They let the car leave their shop multiple times with bubbling and peeling. I recently made the mistake of brining my beater in for window tints which again required multiple returns to fix their work. They even left a huge LED lamp in my car and laminated a huge piece of lint between the tint film and window. If they missed a giant LED lamp in my car, imagine what else they missed! I had plans to do dash cams and remote starts on all my vehicles before winter but ABC Automative just isn't worth the time, energy, or frustration. They also do a wonderful job about getting people in on short notice and because of that I am holding this review at 4 stars, still. But, any great business can always do more: and if improvement is needed it may be a very simple thing, such as, returning phone calls when you say you will. Frankly, when someone is waiting for their car; it's like you're lost without it. And on two occasions, though a call was promised that evening, none came. Taking a business owner at their word is a trust thing: it goes both ways. Hopefully, they will keep doing great repairs, and perhaps consider working on this one fine point, because communication is crucial.

These guys are the reason why people do not trust mechanics. My brother had his valve cover gasket replaced here and it failed shortly after replacement but when he took it back they claimed there was no leaks. He had oil filter housing gasket replaced here three times... Luckily they warrantied the oil filter housing gasket but three times... rather get it done right the first time. Now that they didn't warranty the valve cover gasket oil leaked into cylinder 2 and damaged the ignition coil causing a misfire. On top of that Damian was extremely disrespectful to my mom and my brother over the phone when they tried to address these issues. He claimed he would fire him but he did not. I want them to take full accountability and do a proper diagnosis and to repair the car properly. Owner Angelo please reach out directly and do the right thing. Treat others and their vehicles as if it was you or your own. Thank you. (AFTER THIS REVIEW: Angelo agreed to replace the valve cover gasket and only one coil, not even 24hrs later the gasket is leaking again!!! DID THEY EVEN REPLACE IT? DISHONEST SHOP. Boltz Automotive read my post and reached out to me letting me know what time and day they would be available to look at my vehicle and do a diagnostic on my vehicle for $150 and let me know exactly what work needed to be done and the $150 would go towards the repairs if I decided to have service completed through them. I would say within 24 hours of making the appointment for the diagnostic to be performed on my car and actually bringing it into the shop to be serviced. My car was complete and ready to drive again. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. The staff at the shop is also all very friendly. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend the shop to everyone with any car issues. The price I paid was amazing and I'm a super happy customer.
