I ran over some debris on highway following a truck transporting what appeared to be furniture. No immediate damage was noticed until I tried to enable cruise control. Our insurance company recommended West Suburban. The team at West suburban was thorough and extremely communicative through the whole process. They identified the debris damaged our front leoximity sensors. There was also some minor body damage to the front grill. They explained the damage and process to acquire the parts and complete the repair. The repair took longer than expected but West Suburban was proactive in keeping us in the loop. This was the second shop my car had been towed to since the first shop was back logged. My car was badly dented from a car accident back in January. My insurance gave me different body shops to choose from so I chose this place. The shop inside is kind of outdated, but the people seemed nice. I dropped off my car and it took about two weeks to be done. A week later, I realized that my door lock wasn't working on one door because it was probably bad wiring. Many months later of being lazy, I took it back a few days ago to get it fixed. They fixed it without any fees, and only took about 15-20 minutes. Will return in the future- if any of my family's car is in bad shape! read more

I went to another auto body shop in the area to get an estimate and was told it would cost 700 dollars to fix a scratch in my bumper. I thought that was pretty ridiculous so I shopped around and ended up here. They buffed it out for all of 25 dollars, the general Manager is a great guy. He's not gonna try to swindle you into fixing stuff you don't need to fix or try to get you to pay more than you have to. More than reasonable prices, friendly fast and courteous. The rear bumper on my car had somehow slipped out of its clips. I took it to the dealership affiliated body shop and they told me that I had to replace the entire bumper. West Suburban was recommended by my insurance agent so I took it there. John examined the damage and told me that the bumper could be reinstalled without being replaced, which his people successfully did. After my car (2010 Civic) was rear-ended, All State appraised the damage at $6,000-or-so, thereby totaling an otherwise perfectly functioning car. Fortunately, West Suburban Auto managed to overcome supply-chain shortages, delays, and presumably inflation to lower the cost for this tricky repair to only $2600. After bringing the car in, one of the lead associates kindly drove me back home himself and went out of his way to help me understand the insurance process. My husband brought in our van for an estimate and they were very friendly and helpful. I was due to give birth to a baby a week from when the estimate took place and they were able to take our van in on drop off the night before we went to the hospital and the work was done the day after we got home. After a bumper altercation with my house (the house won, for the record ;)), we brought my RDX in for repair. When we went to pick it up, the fender work didn't quite match the lift gate, (which was no fault of West Suburban but rather due to paint fade over time on vehicles), they went the extra mile to blend the fender and lift gate. My car looks better than it did when I took it in - they even repaired a scratch that was on the lift gate from the prior owner. Three months into driving the new car, someone decided to shoot a bb pellet at door. It was a small pea size ding, along with chipped paint. Went to another body shop first and was quoted about 1050. I'm now a huge fan and I've told my family and friends about this store. I chose this place because of the reviews on yelp. I wanted to touch up my car before I sold it. I had a dent by my front door handle and red rust and also a few deep scratches on the back of the car that went through the paint. I tried nail polish and acrylic paint but nothing really matched the silver color of the paint, so when John fixed the dent as we were chatting and brushed the rust and painted over it as well as the scratches I was amazed!
