I try to be very disciplined in leaving 1-star reviews, but this business deserves it. I came in with a scratch that started at my driver-side door and ended on my passenger door. I was quoted and given an estimate by an employee. I called back to schedule a drop-off and a woman who called herself the owner was so difficult to speak with. Not only did she over-talk me, but she bad-mouthed her employees. She followed by saying her employee shouldn't have given me an estimate. I said, well why is the employee working there then? The owner replied, "Well she's new." To which I responded, "Well why was she left alone then?" I continued, "I have an estimate in the name of the company and I'd like to drop my car off and for the estimate to be honored." After going back and forth for 18 MINUTES, she finally agreed to "allow" me to drop my car off so that SHE could take a look. I got to the business, and the owner was even ruder in person. Then she said, well this quote is no good. Let's walk outside so I can give you a real estimate. Then she said, what [former employee] quoted you doesn't cover repair. So the scratch will still be there. After more back and forth arguing bc she wanted to double the price on me even though I was holding the work order in my hand showing her, I just left. My time and well-being are too important. I saw other negative comments about storage fees being 3x the industry standard - it's true ($110/day). I saw comments about the owner being unpleasant - it's beyond true. Avoid this place. It's not worth the price or the headache.

Friendly, wanted to see how they could help and extremely fast. There was an issue with sensors on the car and they took care of honoring the Abra warranty. Also set up and paid for loaner. The work was done in 24 hours and the car is perfect! Also delivered it back extremely clean inside and out. The team here gets it! They identified the debris damaged our front leoximity sensors. There was also some minor body damage to the front grill. They explained the damage and process to acquire the parts and complete the repair. The repair took longer than expected but West Suburban was proactive in keeping us in the loop. This body repair site is second to none. It is a family owned business and Dominick the owner really took car of our repair better than I would have expected. He called me because he found something that he didn't think was right and wanted to get my approval even though what he was doing was perfectly okay. He kept me up to date and even replaced the rear gate because he was concerned about how it was closing and didn't want me to have an issue later down the line after the insurance company had paid. What really impresses me about Linos is that he stated that if anything comes up that I'm not comfortable with he'll take care of it. Also if I have a minor issue and I want him to look at it then feel free to bring it to him. Just the other day a week after getting my car back, a check engine light came on which I thought might be attributed to the repair. I took it back to Dominick, and without hesitation he said no problem, let him know when it was convenient for me to bring the car back and he'd get the situation resolved. This shop is completely ethical and has an honest approach with their customers and secures quality replacement parts from the dealer. I only wish they were mechanics because I totally trust this facility to do it right the first time or at least make it right whenever. The manager took one glance and would not stop talking about the insurance process which I respectfully told him I already knew but wanted to pay OOP and wanted to find a good estimate but when he wouldn't even listen to what my own insurance company told me I realized I was wasting my time. I completely understand if it's through insurance only but just say that and end it instead of giving me a lecture and speaking to me like I'm unaware or ignorant of the process. Thanks
