I do hope you don't have much occasion to visit an auto body shop, because that means you're dealing with insurance and an accident (and I hope you're okay). But if/when you do need one, just go to Wreck n Roll. The folks here are nice, efficient, as speedy as they can be (dependent on getting parts, etc.), savvy, and have been doing this for years. It's a family business that they're working other people into, and the just have A FANTASTIC, OLD SCHOOL WORK ETHIC IN EVERY WAY. I have taken cars to them for years. Like an idiot, I damaged my car and wasn't sure where to go. I looked up 3 places that had excellent reviews and took my car to those locations to get estimates on the damage. I decided to go with Wreck & Roll because Bill was competent. He knew exactly how to fix the damage and what would be needed. Although the other shops were good, I didn't get the reassurance I got from him. All and all, it was simple to deal with them. They got my car scheduled quickly. I was having an ongoing problem with rain coming into my car from somewhere on the roof. I went to several other places, and they all quoted me high rates, over $1,000 to remove the window and look for the source of the leak, and then replace it. I was warned that the window could crack while it was being handled and then I'd have to buy another window. One place wanted to charge me $300-$400 just to diagnose the problem. I also had a terrible-looking rear bumper, due to a broken bumper cover and paint chipping off. My attempts to fix it myself had not only been ineffective, they made it look even worse. I had been quoted $500+ to replace the bumper, but did not really want to spend so much on an older car like mine. I was referred here by Scott at FAIR Auto Repair up the street. Bill was very nice, looked at the car and instantly gave me a rundown of what he would do. The price he quoted me was superb, and he told me to bring it in after the July 4 holiday. He said that he would repaint the bumper to make it look more even. I was hoping for it to just look somewhat better. He and his team did the work on time. The windshield was removed and replaced, the rust ground out, and a panel was installed. It was also painted in a spot. When I saw the rear bumper, I was absolutely shocked. It looked like a new bumper! I could not tell that it had ever been broken or damage. I ran back into Wreck and Roll and asked Bill if that was the same bumper. Although the roof did leak one more time, I brought it back in and Bill took a long time running water over the top of the car, attempting to find the leak. However, it could not be found, and has not leaked since that time. It is probable that the glue just took more time to dry. Bill was prepared to fix it again at no charge, but that has not seemed to be necessary. Bill is very pleasant to speak to, not impatient or rude, and so knowledgeable. He also gave a lot of info about auto body work in general, stating that they could tell if a used car had ever been wrecked and rebuilt, whether or not to buy a car with a salvage title, and so on. I'm glad that I held off and did not go to another shop and overpay. read more

This place is great. And not only for cars. We renovated our bathroom and wanted to save the old metal radiator cover, medicine cabinet and an old dental table. When Bill and the team got done they glistened like a high end Mercedes paint job. Nobody else would touch the work. The entire back end of my car was severely damaged to the point where I thought it might have to be scrapped. I took it to Wreck & Roll and they thankfully told me they could repair it. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that they didn't properly re-install the pinstripe that originally started at the headlights on the side of the car and wrapped around the back (they had the pinstripes ending on the side). Not a big deal, but definitely a harbinger of their carelessness. When I informed them of the original pinstriping, they refused to believe me until one of the owners took me to his office to view photos they took of the car before repairing it. "Oh, you're right," is all he said, and they fixed it on the spot while I waited. If my experience ended there, it would have been fine. Unfortunately, I had to return to the body shop on several occasions because of their sloppy repair work. The left turn signal was out. There was a hole in the exhaust that they didn't notice. The right tail light was collecting water because it wasn't sealed properly. The back doors were sticking. The trunk had to be slammed hard to properly shut. Oh, and the interior was left dirty and stained. Where's the quality control? I know once a car sees hefty damage, it's never gonna be the same. I wasn't expecting perfect. I did expect a little attention to detail. read more

Took my car to this place after an accident thought by everything would be fine. They tell me it'll take 2 weeks to fix, I check on them two weeks later they tell me it's gonna take another week. I check again the next week and they need another week. No communication was received on my end unless I went to check on it myself. Horrible service, will never recommend to anyone or come back here again. read more

I was referred here after someone slammed into my bumper (I also needed to have a patch of rust fixed) and they did a wonderful job. I was quoted some insane amount by Gerber ($800 for the bumper and $1000 for the rust) and this place did the repairs for half that and my car looks brand new! I had my car at a different body shop in the area that I didn't trust, and that kept pressuring me to keep it with them even though the shop was not in my insurance network. Bad service. I bought my car to replace rear trunk panel and bumper. on that day I deal with the guy name George. I also asking to tough up a little on the side door. He reply to me, don't worry, I take care of that. After a week, I came back to pick up my car and notice they don't do touch up the one I was asked. and also missing parts on the panel. I show them that. They told me they order that part for me around two day and call me come to fix that problem. One week pass already. I still don't hear any call from them.
