The oil change was done well and competitively priced. However, I noticed a hum in my undercarriage about a week later at the first drive at higher speeds, and eventually discovered that the oil pan cover was absent, so the hum was probably air catching the absent guard. No other splash guards were missing or damaged, and it was the only splash guard needed to change the oil. I called the shop and got a hostile response to my suggestion that the shop may have forgotten to put the cover on, or failed to put it on securely (we got to this point in the conversation after the mechanic told me there was no such splash guard on my car, and one or two other attempts to simply dismiss the issue). During the conversation I did not say I was certain it was them, but it seems likely something went wrong in finishing up the job so some sort of reimbursement seemed appropriate. I was told they would reimburse and install the cover if I ordered it and brought it in, but to take my business elsewhere in the future because "If any little thing goes wrong I'll just blame them." I think the shop should have offered to take a look; see for themselves there was no sign of the undercarriage being damaged and the guard being ripped off, and then offer something, perhaps a discount on the oil change, in return. **** Update: The company called to apologize and offered to fix the situation at my earliest convenience, and that I could continue to work with them in the future. read more

Very knowledgeable auto mechanics! One thing that I like about this place is that it is never packed which my guess is that it is because of its location. I brought my car in for a quick oil change because of their cheap price listed. While changing my oil, I mentioned that my steering was giving me issues and that I would bring it on a future date to be fix which the mechanic topped my power steering off, plus put air in my tires as well. Made me a happy camper because my Nissan Sentra felt like a brand new car. Since that visit, I have recommended this place to one of my classmates which she brought in her car, and the mechanic gave her a quick estimate and breakdown of problems with her car. Super nice, super fast, super price, and family-owned and run. Had driven past many times, bought gas there (also usually one of the best prices on gas in the vicinity). Happened to be filling up for a three hour drive one early am. Robert was just opening. I asked about an oil change and he did one right away and for only $50 with synthetic oil. Have gone back now for dead battery and front brakes and rotors and oil changes. He and his brother are always polite, fast, and not expensive. So far, so good! My 2008 Hyundai Sonata had some squealing noise when I turned and it was going on for a couple weeks. Brought it in to a repair shop the previous week but they couldn't figure it out. I researched repair shops and Steve's came up with 5 stars so I wrote him, he replied right away, and I brought in my car that Sat. He was very nice and friendly, helped with my car right away, and fixed it in an hour. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and his charge was very affordable. Brought my 1997 Camry in because it was making a strange scraping sound on the floor. I thought my entire muffler broke and was hanging on by a thread. They immediately got to work after I dropped the car off and ended up having the car work in less than an hour. I'm in the neighborhood. Went there fully expecting to spend $1000.00 for what l thought needed done. What l thought was a major problem, was minor. So minor, that they fixed it, and refused to charge me. They could have easily allowed me to continue thinking l needed major repairs, and charged me for major repairs. So I ran over what I later found our was a screwdriver and could instantly hear the air coming out if the tire. I was unfamiliar with the area and lucked out to find this place about a block away from where I was pulled over.
