Been taking my car here for a little while now and the guys do a great job every time. When I made the appointment I asked for an oil change and my tires rotated (for free as I purchased a set from them a few months ago). Asked them to inspect my brakes for me and let me know if I needed them changed too. They told me what time to show up and how long it would take. They got the job done in the time estimated and let me know I still had a decent chunk of life left in my brakes and didn't need them replaced. Which I appreciated because it shows the honesty. I want to shoutout to the guys as the front desk. They speak English and Spanish. Overheard them be very patient with customers who were clearly frustrated at the situation and taking some of it out on the Just Tires staff (despite them doing nothing other than fixing the customers problem). In the nicest way possible, they made honest recommendations based on the situation. Like if if you drive 60,000 miles a year, maybe the cheapest tires are not the best option for you‍. If they mess up, they'll make you pay for their mistakes. My father recently told me that the last time he brought his car there for an oil change, they said he needed a new oil pan. TO MY KNOWLEDGE the oil pan was fine an intake before we took it in. What I'm certain of what happened was that they had an untrained lube tech full send an impact on the oil pan drain plug and destroyed the threads and instead of taking responsibility of their own mistakes they make the customer eats up the payment of their errors. $120+ for cheap low quality oil change. read more

Normally a great place but the last few interactions made me vow to NEVER go there again. New tire they replaced a few weeks prior started to leak. Went to have them look at it. They were too busy and wouldn't let me leave the car for them to look at it the next day. They were able to look at it a few days later and said my rim was cracked. It could be repaired "but are not reliable" so they would call me with a price for a replacement. Called the next day and said the replacement rim would be $250 and they had to order it. Made an appointment so it would be quick - or so I thought. Showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early and asked how long this would take. They said "90 minutes" and said I would also need an alignment. I just had an alignment a few weeks prior so the upsell was declined. When I asked what the point of having an appointment was when it would take 90 minutes to install 1 rim the response was that they should have kept the car all day. I told them to cancel the appointment and their response was "we will see you again soon". My response was "probably not" and the guy said "good"! Avoid them at all costs. Found another shop (Diamante Tire & Wheels) who said the rim could be repaired for $95. Total money grab. I'll never go to their shop again. read more

Experience: It is never fun coming to your vehicle and seeing that you have a significant flat tire. It is the most inconvenient thing, especially since you got places to go. I just replaced my tire a couple months go through Just Tires and a warranty was included. So I just went to my local shop and told them about the situation. Unfortunately, they were booked all day and was unable to take me. But they were very professional and told me I can come the next day. However, when I went the next day, no one put me in the system and show an appointment for me. Regardless, I told him what I was told the previous day and they were nice enough to accommodate!! Parking: The business has a couple of spots located within the side of the building. It might be a tight squeeze, depending on your vehicle, but at least they have one. I went to Just Tires to purchase a new tire- replace one that was blown out. I decided to purchase a second tire so that all 4 tires would be about the same age. While waiting for my vehicle, the guy helping me asked why I was replacing the other tire. I explained that I'd purchased 2 new ones last year from them and now that I had to replace another tire I thought it prudent to replace the 4th tire as well. JUST TIRES = JUST TROUBLE! I purchased 4 new Goodyear tires (including mounting, installation, lifetime balance, rotations, alignment etc) a few days days before Thanksgiving specifically to ensure safety for my drive to Toledo. I began my trip Wed morning and when I drove over 60 MPH the car (2010 Rav 4) began to shake. At first I wasn't sure if it was just the road but stopped and started three times to try to determine what was wrong. It seemed to be getting worse so I found a random Discount Tire shop that was on 20/25 minutes out of the way. As soon as they looked at the tires they asked "why so much weight on the the tires?" I explained they were brand new tires. I went into the shop, watched them remove the tires. The tires not aligned and not balanced. The Discount Tire folks in Portage IN were very kind, corrected the problem quickly, and advised me to to return to Just Tires and explain the problem. When I returned to JT they did reimburse me for the $74 I spent to correct their screw-up but treated me like it was my fault. The fact that my trip was delayed by 4 hours was Just Fine with Just Tires. Don't go there! They are incompetent, obnoxious, and unconcerned about the safety of their customers. read more

I'm writing a review as an observer, not as a customer today. While sitting in the lobby waiting for a friend's tire issue to be resolved, Brian encountered a very difficult customer who created quite a scene. Her husband didn't even seem to want to deal with her. Apparently, it was much worse when she was in the garage. Anyway, Brian did a great job at remaining calm, trying to explain to her and her husband that he can't just warranty a cheap tire not sold by Just Tires. He was also very thorough in explaining my friend's tire issue and letting him know that he will need new tires soon, but doesn't need to decide tonight. Every time I come to this Broadway location of Just tires the male's employees treat me like a stupid woman that don't know about cars. Today September 13 I came in soon after they opened. A young black male ignored me. When I call for his attention he told me to park on the side. Never asked why I was there!!! When I asked how long it will take to have service he replied: two hours!!! It seems like this business does not care about their customers and that shows in their bad service and their high prices. I do not recommend this business. The employees are rude. I came to Jiffy Lube in Ashland 6 minutes away and they changed my tire for no charge. read more

Don't be thrown by the name Just Tires as they do more than tires. They are pretty much full service like a Firestone or Goodyear. My 2006 Monte Carlo pretty much had the still had the same tires it was originally built with which means they were worn the hell out. I called and told them my issue and the homies Ivar & Edgar told me to come on up and get that taken care of. They do price matches if you have somewhere else that you were going to get tires from. Since Just Tires is right around the corner from me, it made since for me to go there instead of the place in South Loop I was going to go to. The day after I got my new tires, my oil light came on and I realized I haven't got an oil change since April so I took it right up there and they took care of it. Oh heck naw - do not go here. I needed four tires and wanted to do some shopping around to see what pricing was like. I stopped into the store to get a preliminary price quote. The store is dirty. They could really use some TLC and organization to the front of the house. The man behind the counter was flirting with a girl or a customer (hard to say) when I walked in- it was later in the evening. I asked for a quote. He seemed bothered that I interrupted his conversation. The quote itself seemed to change before my eyes. It wasn't like he was "remembering" a discount or a rebate. He really didn't care about my question or concerns. I was fed up and went to walk out. I politely thank him. He had explained that I could wait six hours to have 4 tires put on my car if I came there first thing tomorrow. WHAT? Really? I headed to the door but then he called back so that he could put my information in the computer so that if I came back, they would know what price they quoted me. Are you serious? Oh, so perhaps tomorrow the price would be different. LOL I walked my happy self out and went to the Toyota service department. There I waited one hour. Had a rebate on top of it. A sale and no hassle with the price. Plus, their showrooms and store fronts are clean. And, I got a washed car out of it for free. read more

I took my car here to get the oil changed. When I picked it up, there were globs of oil on the center console and passenger seat (both of which are leather). They were about to close and I needed my car for work the next day, so I brought it back on the weekend for them to clean it. I spoke with Ivar, who said he did the best he could, but was now adamant that the oil must have been there before they changed my oil because his team could have never done such a thing. He told me to take it to Snappy (a carwash down the street) since they will "usually just bill him." So, it sounds like they have plenty of experience with situations similar to this, despite the fact they couldn't even own up to their mistake. It would have been one thing if they ruined my seats, but the fact that they denied any liability once they realized it wasn't going to come out is absolutely disgusting. read more

A very luke warm 2stars. Consider changing the name to Just TIRED. Bring a blanket and a pillow for the 2-hour wait! What's the point of accepting reservations if the customers are asked to wait for 2 hours before they look at my slow leak tire. Then another 45mins to fix. While I'm waiting, I can hear the staff in the garage playing 'grab ass' laughing and joking - no tool noises. This place needs better management. There are so many places that can fix a tire in 10mins. I came to a big box for the better service and quality, and from now on will stick I'll stick with the garage mechanic for better service and the same quality. read more

I'd visited this Just Tires in the past and was generally ok with the service, but this experience was very irritating. After seeing their advertised sale for free tire installation, I dropped off my truck to have 4 new tires installed. When it was ready, over 3.5 hours later, I learned that the new tires were from early 2016 (1.5 years ago), my rear window was stuck in the down position (not sure why they even opened it...), and I had grease stains on the interior (including the roof liner) from their initial attempt to fix the window. I raised this with the manager and they denied responsibility for the window and added that, if I had wanted tires from this year (2017), I should have requested it when I ordered the tires. I explained that I didn't know that I had to specify that I wanted new tires when buying new tires. In their defense, they offered to order new tires from the warehouse, but I'd have to come back another day and wait another couple of hours for them to put my old tires back on. As I didn't want to waste another full day the following weekend, I just accepted the older tires/broken window and moved on. While driving home, I heard a clunking noise coming from the front end. I immediately returned and had them check it out. Turns out that the balance weights they added were hitting the rotor. Over an hour later, I had new weights and the sound was gone. They also attempted to fix the window, but gave up and just told me the rails were probably now broken. Gee, thanks. So, I begrudgingly drove home with my older tires and a broken window regulator. At least I got free tire installation! read more
