I've brought my car to Willy's Tire Shop in Pilsen several times now, and every visit has been a great experience. They've patched flats for me and also sorted out an issue with my tire pressure sensors, and each time the work was done quickly and correctly. What keeps me coming back is how they treat people. It's a family-run shop, and the owner is right there helping customers himself. Everyone is consistently kind and respectful, and they take the time to explain what's going on with your car. The pricing is fair and honest. I've never felt pressured into anything I didn't need, and I've always walked out feeling like I got good value. Turnaround is fast, which matters a lot when you're dealing with a flat or a warning light. If you're in Pilsen or nearby and need tire work, I highly recommend supporting this family business. I'll keep coming back. read more

Very kind. Didn't have my used tire size, but offered a cheaper new one and recommended me to another place for used one.

I noticed that I was constantly low on air on one of my car tires and was passing thru Pilsen and saw Willy's. I decided to drive to the rear to see if they were busy to take a new customer. There was a car in front of me but was instructed to drive in. I told the person I have a leak on my tire and he jacked up the car and took the tire off. He did not notice and nails in the tire and proceed to use the water tank to see if the can find the leak. They found the leak on the edge of the tread and told me they can't repair it but gave me an option to buy a used tire for $50. I said yes. Took them less than 15 min to prep the new tire and for some reason he charged me $25 CASH. That was a deal. Highly recommend read more

Service is absolutely amazing never been to a better tire shop then this one I recommend for sure.

I made a Yelp account just to say how great this service was. I went in to replace all my tires. Fantastic service from a team who keeps it 100% real. They were flexible around my busy schedule, accommodating to my vehicle's specific needs and they went above and beyond to get me the right price. They're number one and it shows. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Called them after they were recommended by a neighbor. The other tire shop in the South Loop told me THREE TIMES the price that Willy's did. I went to get my car from that tire shotp - and took it to Willy's. He had the tire on my son's car within 30 minutes and I was out the door! Marco is THE BEST!!! And everyone is SO NICE! As a woman, I appreciate ALL OF THAT! read more

Flat tires are never fun, and originally we took our car to Costco to see if they had tires in stock or even if they could repair my current tire and it ended up being a waste of time. My fiancé found Willie's online and we couldn't have been happier with the service. They're so affordable and knowledgeable which we greatly appreciated. They checked both of our front tires and found that there were dents in the rims and they even patched up our tires for free. They have used tires, or you can have them order brand new. We ended up getting the flat tire replaced and dents repaired so that we can drive out safely. Willy's is definitely a place that you can trust! Highly recommend! read more

Great experience. Needed a tire change and they were able to do it right when I got there. No wait. Tire change took 10 min, and they were super friendly. Gave me a good price for the tire and didn't press at all to sell me anything else. Even pumped up my spare for free. Ask for Marco. read more

I've been to Willy's a couple times now for my tires - both replacement after 2 flats and for a slow leak. They're very kind and patient, even offered to give me an interim tire until my actual tire arrived via shipping. They're always very fast when I go there and very respectful. Pricing is very fair, they don't upcharge at all. Recommend them 10/10. read more

A very quick, easy and affordable fix to a nail to my tire. Can't beat the convenience and $25 price.

I came into Willy's tire shop looking for used tires, walked out with new ones. Marcos was able to help me out with pure honesty and was able to get me a great deal. I recommend this tire shop to everyone. Staff are very helpful and very fast! I got two new tires for a low price all while being in and out in just 30 minutes. Chicagoans this is the best tire shop! Very reliable tire shop. As a woman, I've experienced dishonesty and improper service from other shops. However, Willy's provides services that I'm confident in. They're honest about any required services and efficient as well. Recently had a nail in my tire and this shop repaired it in such a timely fashion. I would absolutely recommend this shop to friends and family. read more

Fast and affordable services. I was able to get 4 brand new all-season tires the same day that I called, and for a great price. Marco helped me out through the process and let me know that one of my rims was badly damaged. He helped me purchase a new rim myself online and installed it at no extra cost when it came into his shop a few days later. Could not have asked for a better customer service experience, would recommend this business to everyone in the community. Thanks again! read more

We were stranded with a patient coming from Shriner's hospital after a recent surgery. It was an emergency situation and Costco had turned us down. Willy's tire gave us excellent service with a smile and helped us out of bad situation. They were friendly, courtesy and gave us quality workmanship. Thank-you very much for your help to a couple old Shriners in a bad situation. They were very reasonably priced as well! Thank-you! Thank-you! read more

Honest and cheap flat repair what more do you need to know. My go to place to get the flat tire repair for any of my cars.

Patched my tire and did a great job, I found this shop because it was near a large big box store where I purchased my tires and they refused to repair my tire. They just pumped up my tire and said that I was to get a replacement tire and I would have to keep pumping air into the tire until I got one. read more

I came in for a repair on a tire I'd recently purchased here. The employees were friendly and provided quick service.

Great service! Marco lent me a tire at no cost while I waited just one day for my new tires to be delivered. I got an amazing deal on four new tires and was in and out of the shop in less than an hour to have them installed and balanced. I highly recommend anyone to get their tire service completed at Willys tire shop. read more

I've been going here for 15 years and this place is always dependable and consistent. I was in there today and service was great as always. Very welcoming and honest on my tire needs. I live 35 min away and many tire shops along the way but I'll continue to drive to this shop because I know my tires will be handled properly. Highly recommend this place! read more

This is my new tire spot. Found them on Google as I needed a tire ASAP. Amazing customer service. They set me up with TV, water, and a Modelo while I waited. Charged me $50 for a good quality used tire (18") and was able to remove my wheel lock (which is why I needed the tow anyway). I loved the service so much I'll be back in September to discuss new tires with the owner/manager. It was a nice end to a rough day and I'm glad to know of a reliable and reasonably priced tire shop with great customer service! Emergency or not, get your tire services needs taken care of at Willy's, 20/10 recommend! read more

I can not give enough STARS !!! THIS SHOP ROCKS ! From the quality parts and goods to the impeccable customer service. Not only was I given a great deal ,I was treated like royalty . From the comfortable couch ,Netflix viewing (how appropriate the pursuit of happiness was on ) to a refreshing beverage. This shop is top notch for women who are not car /tire savvy . Marco takes the time to explain without man-splaining! Very woman friendly ...if like me you only know what you googled which was the size , because size matters in tires The bathrooms are clean ,the prices are fair and the customer service is spectacular. I'm telling EVERYONE! GO TO WILLY'S read more

We got a nail stuck in one of our tires and other places were asking for a lot more than we wanted to pay to replace it. I found Willy's on yelp and we decided to give them a try. The owners were extremely friendly (offered us a beverage while they worked) and within 20 or so minutes, they fixed the tire for a very reasonable price. Thanks to the yelp community for the great recommendation! read more

Woke up the morning after the Super Bowl, went outside to get in my car and head home for work, but came out to a flat tire. Did a quick search, and these guys were a couple miles away. I called ahead, explained my situation, and they gave me my options. I pulled up, they had me pull around, and park my car. Showed me tires to pick from, with prices, took care of my tire replacement in 15 minutes, 2 other cars in front of me. Everything was nice and easy, and the employees were kind, which I appreciate. I can appreciate an easy, straightforward, kind encounter on a situation that was annoying. I'll definitely be back. Don't hesitate to come here to replace tires read more

AWESOME PLACE! I woke up on a Saturday morning and discovered a slow leak in one of my tires right when I'm about to go out of town. A quick search on Yelp helped me find this place. When I got to the back alleyway (many reviews referred to it and included pictures), there was a line of cars so I waited for my turn. Took about 45 minutes to get through 2 cars before me, but it was totally worth it! These guys are local and do honest work. They found a nail in my tire and patched it from the inside. I waited in my car while they jacked it up and repaired me wheel, which was a unique experience, but this is not the kind of place that has a waiting room. After another 20 min and $15 later, I was on the road and drove almost 400 miles that weekend with no issues! I'll definitely be coming back for any future tire repairs I have! read more

Very fair and reasonable. I intended to buy 4 new tires and he would not allow me to waste money. . Checked my tires and confirmed I only needed 2 tires not 4. Even gave me a discount for trading in an additional tire and rim I had in my trunk. Habla espanol read more

A while back the tire pressure alert icon lit up on my dashboard. I had the tires checked at a local tire shop, but the light remained on. I consulted Youtube videos but none of the instructions correlated to my dashboard. Neither did the manual that came with the car. The local tire shop told me to go to Willy's Tire Shop and ask for Marco. I did, and Marco personally attended to my car and resolved the issue immediately. Service was super quick, very efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Willy's Tire Shop!!! read more
