I noticed that I was constantly low on air on one of my car tires and was passing thru Pilsen and saw Willy's. I decided to drive to the rear to see if they were busy to take a new customer. There was a car in front of me but was instructed to drive in. I told the person I have a leak on my tire and he jacked up the car and took the tire off. He did not notice and nails in the tire and proceed to use the water tank to see if the can find the leak. They found the leak on the edge of the tread and told me they can't repair it but gave me an option to buy a used tire for $50. I said yes. Took them less than 15 min to prep the new tire and for some reason he charged me $25 CASH. That was a deal. Highly recommend read more

Flat tires are never fun, and originally we took our car to Costco to see if they had tires in stock or even if they could repair my current tire and it ended up being a waste of time. My fiancé found Willie's online and we couldn't have been happier with the service. They're so affordable and knowledgeable which we greatly appreciated. They checked both of our front tires and found that there were dents in the rims and they even patched up our tires for free. They have used tires, or you can have them order brand new. We ended up getting the flat tire replaced and dents repaired so that we can drive out safely. Willy's is definitely a place that you can trust! Highly recommend! read more

They're very kind and patient, even offered to give me an interim tire until my actual tire arrived via shipping. They're always very fast when I go there and very respectful. Patched my tire and did a great job, I found this shop because it was near a large big box store where I purchased my tires and they refused to repair my tire. They just pumped up my tire and said that I was to get a replacement tire and I would have to keep pumping air into the tire until I got one. read more

This is my new tire spot. Found them on Google as I needed a tire ASAP. Amazing customer service. They set me up with TV, water, and a Modelo while I waited. Charged me $50 for a good quality used tire (18") and was able to remove my wheel lock (which is why I needed the tow anyway). I loved the service so much I'll be back in September to discuss new tires with the owner/manager. It was a nice end to a rough day and I'm glad to know of a reliable and reasonably priced tire shop with great customer service! Woke up the morning after the Super Bowl, went outside to get in my car and head home for work, but came out to a flat tire. Did a quick search, and these guys were a couple miles away. I called ahead, explained my situation, and they gave me my options. I pulled up, they had me pull around, and park my car. AWESOME PLACE! I woke up on a Saturday morning and discovered a slow leak in one of my tires right when I'm about to go out of town. A quick search on Yelp helped me find this place. When I got to the back alleyway (many reviews referred to it and included pictures), there was a line of cars so I waited for my turn. Took about 45 minutes to get through 2 cars before me, but it was totally worth it! These guys are local and do honest work. They found a nail in my tire and patched it from the inside. I waited in my car while they jacked it up and repaired me wheel, which was a unique experience, but this is not the kind of place that has a waiting room. After another 20 min and $15 later, I was on the road and drove almost 400 miles that weekend with no issues! I'll definitely be coming back for any future tire repairs I have! read more
