Many other folks had the same idea, so I knew this place was reputable (in addition to all its great online reviews) They gave me a call by 10:30am letting me know they could fix the whirring with a new belt. Also identified my brakes were at their end of life and offered to replace. Their quote for 4 new brake pads was extremely reasonable. By 1:45 my car was done being serviced and I went back to pick it up. Easy check out. No line. Very nice staff. A complete success. Definitely will use Ashland tire and auto for all future car needs and will recommend to all my friends

They've patched flats for me and also sorted out an issue with my tire pressure sensors, and each time the work was done quickly and correctly. What keeps me coming back is how they treat people. It's a family-run shop, and the owner is right there helping customers himself. Everyone is consistently kind and respectful, and they take the time to explain what's going on with your car. The pricing is fair and honest. I've never felt pressured into anything I didn't need, and I've always walked out feeling like I got good value. Turnaround is fast, which matters a lot when you're dealing with a flat or a warning light. If you're in Pilsen or nearby and need tire work, I highly recommend supporting this family business. I'll keep coming back.

After waiting an hour for the service, I was informed that wheel never arrived and I have to wait another week until they get the wheel. My question is , why service was scheduled if part didn't arrived. Three business days later , nobody even tried to contact me to solve this issue. Once I addressed that , in very distracting form I was told that nobody would solve my problem and I will get a refund. I don't need a refund, I need service done . No other solutions were offered. Screenshot attached. I hope I will get my money back. This situation very suspicious. Update, just got a message from Matt. He accused me in being rude with customer service . So, from his words, it my fault that they cannot provide the service. Even better. Thank you screenshot attached Update : unfortunately after business owner response, clearly understandable where that bad service comes from. Still blames me for bad behavior with his staff , how about 2 hours I spent at your location because your employees cannot check if they have a part. Last thing, your supply chain problems will not bother customer with proper communication. Poorest customer service I would recommend to avoid this place at all cost, because at the end of the day, it going to be your fault that they can not do something.

I thought my car needed a repair, but they told me it really wasn't necessary and recommended a much less expensive alternative. That honesty saved me money and kept me coming back. Most recently, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. After inspecting the tires, they told me they were wearing evenly and didn't need to be rotated--so they didn't charge me for it. It's hard to find an auto shop that consistently puts honesty ahead of selling additional services. Cassidy Tire has done exactly that, and I highly recommend them.
