For my family, this auto shop is THE ONLY place we will go to. They are trusted, do really great work, and the best part: they don't up charge or try to nickel and dime you. Everything is super transparent. I've had all 3 of my cars serviced here, from things as trivial as fixing the rear sensor, to transmission work, to small repairs - I've never once had a complaint. A couple days ago I came for the oil change and the guy he drained the oil he didn't put the oil on the car and my engine is now broke down.

Very friendly and responsive. Did a great job fixing my Hyundai Kona and returned it to me sparkling clean on inside and out. They were able to get me in for an initial appointment a month before anyone else in the area. The one thing I will say, and I think this goes for all repair shops right now, is BE PREPARED TO WAIT 6+ WEEKS for all parts. I couldn't bring my car in until the parts were in (understandably) and had to wait an epic time due to supply-chain issues. Again, honest, professional staff. Having never been in a car accident before, I truly didn't know what to expect from the process, or even what getting repairs made on my car would entail. The entire Fasttrak team was incredibly kind and communicative throughout the entire process and went absolutely above and beyond with the repairs. They were quick, efficient, and even cleaned out the inside of my car before returning it to me! Someone did a hit and run on my car, and took off the mirror on North and Milwaukee. The Dealership quoted me over $1k for parts, paint, and labor to replace the now destroyed drivers' side mirror. Instead I bought my own replacement mirror. Stopped by fasttrac with no apppintment. In 30 minutes they had my mirror on, and are painting the cap for me to pick up in a couple days. Look no further and stop shopping . These guys are Consummate Pros . They are simply experts at what they do . Quality driven and customer service oriented , which is in the right order for me .You know , a smiling face and a free cup of coffee is nice , but I want my car how it was before it got hit . Drivability , gaps , parts alignment , dashboard indicators , all of that stuff . Not to many repair shops give you back your car , and it's BETTER than it was. They find a little extra thing on your car unrelated to why it's there , and fix that to make you pleasantly surprised when you pick it up . I'm a big fan of " pleasantly surprised " . My car battery died 3 times in 4 days. Luckily I was parked across the street from Fasttak Auto Center. I called and asked if someone can jump my car and one of their staff members, Luis, was very helpful and brought a jump starter immediately to my car. He was able to get it started and suggested I take my car to AutoZone to get my battery replaced. Although I did not use Fasttrak's services to fix my car they were still able to help me!!
