Kris is a joke of a businessman who is now denying ever working with me to the BBB. I'll go ahead and attach more screen shots since he insists on lying. Why he has to be so messy about this I'm not sure. If he has so much great business why is he so pissed on ONE unhappy customer? Just own up to a poor job done. He lies about everything. Lied and told me they didn't have cameras, or lied to his friends and says they do, lied to the BBB about working with me. Deadlines were repeatedly missed--even when I adjusted my schedule to accommodate. What was supposed to be a straightforward project kept dragging on, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates or clarity on next steps. The team also misplaced my city sticker, which meant I had to file a police report and go to City Hall to replace it--just for trying to get my car worked on. To Adam's credit, they did offer to cover the cost, but that doesn't undo the hassle involved. As a gesture, they added ceramic coating to the paint, but unfortunately, they applied it without properly washing or prepping the surface beforehand--something that completely undermines the purpose and longevity of the coating. In short: good intentions, but poor execution. I appreciate the effort to make things right, but when you're paying for quality work, the follow-through has to match the promises.

Undercoat job was a lil too good,…read morebecause they over sprayed all 4 rims and tires, my exhaust, shocks, spare tire, scuffed my paint, over sprayed all the chrome running boards, over sprayed the mud flaps, over sprayed my paint. Very unsatisfied with the quality of work that was done. They had my truck all day to complete the work but you'd think they would take the time to do it correctly. I got a hack job for what I paid. They should've done the work correctly by removing tires or masking them, exhaust should've been masked to prevent over spray, chrome should've been masked to prevent over spray, spare tire should've been lowered and removed. Horrible experience, horrible workmanship. I was given a bottle of quick remover and told to take care of it myself and let them know how it goes. Horrible customer service. Will never recommend or go here ever again.

I arrived a bit early, as I was in the area. I stepped in to view the shop and see what types of…read moretint they had ... Jose greeted me as soon as I stepped in the door. He was professional and stated that he was working on a clients vehicle at the moment but stopped quickly to show me some of the tints they provided. I waited in my car until I received a call from Jose; he mentioned that he was done with his client and if I wanted to pull my car into the garage or he can pull the car in if I didn't feel comfortable doing so. He assessed the job; Went over what I wanted done, the tint level, what was illegal, etc. Jose was done pretty fast, as they say it's supposed to take about 2 hours but he was done in about an hr or less than. When Jose completed my vehicle he gave me the run down on what NOT to do for a week or so until the tint cured. Jose also put stickers on my window buttons so that they weren't rolled down while the tint cured. I waited until the tint cured to leave a review, as there were bubbles and imperfections but Jose explained that you would see a little imperfections until it completely dries. So far, I like Jose's work and I would return for tinting and I would refer THE TINT TAILOR in Minooka, IL. I will do another thorough inspection on the windows of my car for imperfections.

They took excellent care of me, quick service, and it has held up in the grueling desert heat! I would highly recommend getting anything done with this establishment.
