We paid $200 for them to ruin his car. After seeing that the manager was handling it very unprofessionally, I left and called to talk to the owner and they told me the manager actually was the owner (I feel like they lied about this). The guy who did the detail did admit that he ruined the wheel by scrubbing the protective surface off. But said that since I accepted the $30, they were no longer willing to talk to me. The Honda dealership said replacing the wheel will be thousands of dollars and that they absolutely cost us a lot of money in resale value. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. This time, I saw the young man pour the entire jug into my engine then toss (like end-over-end) the empty plastic jug in the trash. He shows me the dipstick, which looked OK after starting the car. But I was suspicious. The car's never required 5 quarts before. In the morning, with a cold engine, I popped the hood & pulled the dipstick. Sure enough -- over full. I noticed the associate working on the passenger side take the vacuum and took 2 swipes on the front passenger floor then as slowly as possible, put the vacuum hose back in place. I brought this to the attention of the other associate working on the driver side and proceeded to vacuum the entire truck. Kudos to him. Unfortunately, this is the second incident of poor service.
