Poor print quality. See the photos for simple one color mugs that arrived smudged and off center. I shared these images with QLP and they reprinted the products and fixed the issues but now the logo is crooked on the mugs. (See second photo) I was told this is the best they can do. Pretty disappointed. I chose QLP due to the very low price and it is apparent that is at the detriment of quality. Buyer beware. read more

I placed and paid for a sample order of a product. I wanted to see the color and quality. When it arrived it was NOT the color that I ordered. Mind you, I paid $30 for the sample (not printed), that's how important it was for me to see what I would be ordering. Additionally, the price for the product was quite expensive in comparison to their competitors. The Klutch I ordered was much smaller and more expensive than other vendors and the quality was nowhere as good. I was considering QLP because they had the color I wanted. I ordered from this company. They told me the product would arrive by a certain day. It NEVER arrived. I asked for tracking. They did provide me with the tracking. As the tracking clearly states the label to ship was created , but the box never arrived to FedEx. I went a step further and called FedEx. Sometimes the information online is not up-to-date. As the FedEx representative confirmed, the product was never shipped out. I sent an email regarding what I found out. And their rep emailed me back saying that they know for a fact it was sent out. the product never arrived when they said it was going to arrive. I wish I never trusted this company to deliver a product that I needed for an event. I now have no product for an event. I'm flying out tomorrow and I have nothing. They said this would arrive Friday or Monday. It's Tuesday and nothing has arrived. It clearly won't arrive on Wednesday since the label has only been created. The photo clearly shows I was lied to. Customer Service did rectify this. They were fast, polite and seemed like they actually cared. read more

Customer service and communication is so poor! I am extremely disappointed in the service from this company. I was clear on the date I needed my products and didn't receive them. They mislabeled the box so I received someone else's order. I called immediately the next day and offered to forward it but the communication was terrible! So slow and intermittent! I didn't receive an answer for days and that's only because I called again. After several emails and calls, I was assured my package was located and on its way but I never received delivery updates or my package (but they did send me a label so I could send back the wrong package which I did). When it was clear it didn't arrive, again it was I who had to reach out. I never received a refund so I had to initiate a credit card dispute. So frustrating!! I am writing this review after attempting to contact customer service to come up with a solution to my issue. I ordered 500 logo pens to be used over several months for all our marketing needs. This was my second order with this company and I was satisfied with my prior order. Last week, I went to take some of the pens out to send them to our referral sources and I noticed that the pens had started to corrode and rust. When I contact QLP customer service I was dismissed and told the pens "must have been in a room with moisture" when infact they were with other marketing materials (business cards, brochures, etc) and none of the other items were damaged. QLP customer service stated they will not refund or replace the damaged pens and recommended I buy new pens from them! Why would I buy new pens only to have the same thing happen again. This is horrible customer service and unlike any company I have ever used in the past. If you order from this company, make sure you use the products right away to prevent this from happening!!! The bags came out PERFECTLY but that isn't really what prompted me to write this review. UPS misplaced the delivery and when I called QLP it was clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Jaimie, the Customer Rep I spoke with, had an immense amount of follow through and in the end UPS found the package and it was delivered only a few days later. I placed an order for a complex manipulation of a multi-color logo to a 2 color logo -- for half of the order and a change of color from a multi-color to a one color logo for the other half of the order. Further, they had to change the logo components to fit horizontal, when it was created as a vertical. ALL was done perfectly, sent promptly, and did the additional service of poly-bagging the products so they wouldn't scratch or bump one another in transit! You don't get that today.
