I spent about 15 minutes in the shop, picking up several different skeins of yarn to inspect the fibers and composition. No one was at the register. I'm not even sure if anyone there was working or not. It felt like I had entered a party that I was not invited to. Strange experience. Online it said it was size YM (10-12).  It was way way too small for my 11 year old son, who is one of the smallest in his class.  I have purchased him size YM in many other brands and usually they are too large for him. Their website says, "We pride ourselves on our great customer service, so we will always work with our customers so they are 100% satisfied." I am not satisfied even 1%. Don't waste your money.
