I did pay a fee for the replacements, which I thought was odd because I had to locate and purchase materials at my expense due to their error but the good news was the price was do-able. I'd use them again but be very clear about what you want done, especially if it is a non-replaceable heirloom item.

The hats that are offered by every other embroidery shops weren't offered here for some reason. Online it said it was size YM (10-12).  It was way way too small for my 11 year old son, who is one of the smallest in his class.  I have purchased him size YM in many other brands and usually they are too large for him. Their website says, "We pride ourselves on our great customer service, so we will always work with our customers so they are 100% satisfied." I am not satisfied even 1%. Don't waste your money.
