Patty is always professional and the work is on time and always exceeds expectations! Patty engraved this charm for my Aunt whose mother sadly passed away. She helped beautifully capture her cursive handwriting on a charm my aunt wears every day to remember her Mom. I purchased this charm from State Street Jewelers and they also highly recommend Patty for jobs they need assistance with and have been working together for years. Patty is extremely unprofessional and rude. We have worked with her over the past year and the…read morequality is not up to par nor consistent. We would often be missing items, receive double of an item we did not ask for, and plates would come scratched and damaged. Screw holes were never in the same place, font would be off center, and the pricing is way too high compared to other places nearby. She never keeps a log of when items are paid for, only when the order was placed, so it made our bookkeeping a nightmarish experience I will be happy to be done with. Do yourself a favor and go to Doc Morgan for your engraving needs. They are cheaper with better and consistent quality.
