This cute little shop has a wide range of some of the most popular anime and game figures that are out right now from plush characters to scroll poster and DVD's I can find just what I want here and for a decent prices that I would expect to find any where else. the people here are really nice and friendly. I can't for get about the big hello kitty and friends collection they have there as well. I can honestly say me my family and friends enjoy this little shop a lot and will be always doing business with them time and time again. I recommend this to any anime and game lover out there. And if your wondering about fakes and real items I personally don't give a hoot about if its real or not cause its the love for the anime that is more important to me I don't see dollar signs every time I see something I love I'm going to keep it and cherish the memories and enjoyment it will bring me. But as far as fakes and reals go yes yes there are some fakes so if your Anil about that umm what can I say eBay is not that trusting either but go nuts.

(**NOTE: For those specifically looking for a bigger/better selection of regular cds, new and used…read morevinyl, and new/loose action figures and "toys", you're probably better suited to check the Lombard/Downer's Grove location on Butterfield Rd FIRST - that location has a larger/better selection of these specifics). Great little place of nostalgia with reasonably priced items - I would say this Naperville location has the better selection (compared to the Lombard/Downer's Grove location) of DVDS/BLU-RAYS and video games and tons of old systems and paraphernalia you may need. They do have a small vinyl selection and an average sized used cd area, but it's not that large. You CAN still find some bargains for either, but it's just your average selection of general releases for the most part. Look for their sale and specials prices (buy 2, get the 3rd free for example on cds or dvds), especially between October and New Years. On Black Friday and Black Saturday for example, they had specials of like all dvds and used cds 70% off! I went on Black Friday and walked out with about 10 decent used cds and old dvds for under $12! Can't beat that! Nice selection of general music posters and POP figures, too. As stated, cool place to come for your old (or new) video gaming needs or if you want to stock up on used cds or dvds. They do buy your old stuff, but generally speaking you won't get much for it (you'll get more in store credit), but if you want to dump off a boatload of stuff you have no need for and don't want to deal with EBAY or Craigslist, won't hurt to stop here and see what you'll get. I come here often. Again, look for their sales especially around Black Friday and the holiday months as you can really "stock up" and pay a minimal price.

This store is right by my favorite laundromat, so I decided to take my son over to check it out…read more For those of you unaware (not that I'm an expert or know anything of substance about it) there's a card game called Magic (the Gathering) and people who enjoy it can play for hours on end, completely content and completely engaged. The reason we came here was that my son is learning to play Pokemon, which (if you're also unaware) is a card game with more simple rules for younger audiences to play for hours on end, completely content and completely engaged. We were hoping to find some Pokemon cards for purchase, and to see if anyone was playing. We found a small selection of Pokemon products, but were completely astonished by the overwhelming catalog of Magic cards, sets, posters, mats, and several tables with several players engaging in their favorite pastime. I commented to one of the co-owners, Justin, on how cool this place was and how I didn't know anything about Magic, but could appreciate the passion that these players had around the game. Justin politely excused himself and brought me several decks of Magic cards and handed them over! He let me know that they give out free starter packs for people who are trying to see if they like the game or not. It was just a sampling of what some call "cardboard crack", Justin told me. He invited us back to play any time, and even promised to hold the last Pokemon starter set for my son to purchase after saving his allowance. This is how you run a small business : focus on something you love, your passion... show customers how much you love it... and share it! There's a huge selection of other games and accessories, but we'll be back for the Pokemon cards, and maybe an engaging game of Magic.
