The tracking kept saying that the USPS ticket had been generated but no product had been presented for delivery. Despite my inquiries, it is now December 23rd and the book has not been shipped (very disappointing) and there has been no response from Lyric Vibes. Looks like this Christmas present will not be received this year. Biblio (and apparently B & N) should be more particular about who they are doing business with. I would not recommend buying anything from this seller.

A cluttered mess but worth it if having the time to look around. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about artists and instruments. Cool place for anyone who likes music stores, and especially the ones filled with assorted crap. It's probably the worst thing about it. Takes so long going through everything and you can lose track of time. Looked through a lot of rolled up posters that were wrapped in plastic. These had no labels saying what they were. Of course the staff didn't even know. This is one example of the lack of organization. Oh well, it's still cool. The prices on most things are okay. Has some pretty cool things of course. It's located at First Street and Water Street downtown. This is a pretty cluttered store but it's fun if you like this kind of stuff.

Our experience with AVS has been great. We only utilized their VHS services, but the owner, Matt,…read moremade it a smooth, enjoyable experience. The AVS website is easy to navigate and offers a variety of ways to get your VHS tapes to them, though we elected for drop-off/pick-up since we are reasonably close by. Matt was able to transfer about 15 irreplaceable home movies to DVD. He was also able to repair 5 of the tapes that we thought were beyond repair. Each DVD came numbered, had a personalized cover with a title, and was included in a hard case for storage. This was unexpected but very welcome. We did end up having a few minor quaility issues with a couple of the DVDs, but Matt courteously took them back and redid the movies. He was professional and respectful the entire time. I have to stress this point: AVS is the absolute most afforable VHS transfer and repair service I found in all of Northern Illinois. The rates are incredibly reasonable, especially compared to several way-overpriced competitors, and the product and service quality is great. I was happy to support a great small business, and I highly recommend AVS for your VHS transfer and/or repair needs.

WCP offers both photo and video packages but also different price points if you hire Sam/Katie or a Junior Associate. We loved that there was a value option for us to include video. Jamie was our Junior Associate. He came highly recommended by our wedding coordinator and I see why! His bubbly personality was a welcome addition day of to keep the energy high and make the documented moments feeling authentic and intentional. He went above and beyond with capturing drone footage and every wedding moment start to finish. After our big day, Sam edited our video to deliver a 2 minute teaser, 8 minute video capture, and provided us all raw footage. On top of this, they give couples the option to select songs. Our video was ready in about 6 weeks which was exactly in the middle of the proposed delivery timeline discussed. All email outreaches were responses to within 24 hours.
