Order via B&N paid for expedited shipping. Never received an email confirmation and repeated questions and calls have gone unanswered.

I had a similar experience as other reviewers. Ordered a specialty book for a Christmas present through Biblio and Lyric Vibes was the seller. Placed the order on December 9th and received confirmation that the order was expected to deliver between December 14th - 17th. The tracking kept saying that the USPS ticket had been generated but no product had been presented for delivery. Despite my inquiries, it is now December 23rd and the book has not been shipped (very disappointing) and there has been no response from Lyric Vibes. Looks like this Christmas present will not be received this year. Biblio (and apparently B & N) should be more particular about who they are doing business with. This is quite possibly a scam or very porely run business.At the least they are ridding on Barnes and Nobles coat tail.Whom I thought I was ordering from. I ordered my dvd set April 3 2018. They took my money off credit card April 5. I am in ohio { 2 states away} but expected date of delivery was April 24. I was reportedly processing but never shipped. I Finaly got a response by email that they were sorry was shipped on April 5. There is no record of this shipment anywhere. They claimed I would get it as soon as a replacement of it was received by them. More stalling. Total waste of time dealing with this seller. Ordered on the 11th of May. Supposed to ship in two days. Emailed them on the 15th and again today, May 18, 2018, and still have not gotten a response. I'm a huge B&N fan and cannot, for the life of me, understand how they find this seller acceptable. I paid a pretty penny for an old, hard to find, DVD, including a charge for expedited shipment. This was supposed to be a gift for my grandson's tenth birthday which was on the 16th. I am beyond disappointed. And, now they won't even answer the phone. This company is a third party provider for Barnes and Noble. I ordered a CD collection from them through Barnes and Noble scheduled for delivery on May 12, 2017. Payment was withdrawn from my account on the date ordered (May 4) but when shipment was not delivered by the promise date, I contacted Barnes and Noble to work with this company to obtain a tracking number or have them track the shipment. After an e-mail and two subsequent follow up calls, I was notified that the shipment was considered "lost" and a refund would be issued. My attempt to direct contact via e-mail with this company was never answered. I am currently awaiting the promised refund to my account. Huge disappointment as this was a gift for my spouse. I would not recommend purchasing from Lyric Vibes as they do not extend the customer service courtesy of a reply to inquiries and do not fulfill their contract commitment. read more
