I apologize that I can't remember the name of the place. My furniture came quick. The guys that delivered it were clean, quick and thorough. Unfortunately, one of the pieces was damaged, so needed to be returned. The blessing in disguise was that I chose to go with a 2nd nightstand (and the mirror for the dresser) instead of the chest of drawers. Since I recently moved cross-country to Chicago, I am in need for office furniture. I went with my husband hoping to find a office chair or some furniture to use until my furniture arrives via Pod in a few months. Anyway they allowed (1) free piece of furniture and also was selling preused furniture for $39 and $99 bucks. We really lucked out. My husband found a big chair for our living room for free. We purchased a huge book case for my office. In addition to these pieces, we found a rolling ottoman and a side table. We were thrilled with our finds. This wharehouse is open to the public and had a floor dedicated to sale/clearance items and a bunch of new items too. The prices seemed reasonable on the new items too. Checkout website for items currently on sale. I would like to shout-out Mark (owner) and Junior for having awesome customer service. Junior helped me with approximating how many yards of fabric I would need to reupholster the chair that we got for free. Oh yes, I failed to mentioned they have lots of fabric for sale. At the event the fabric was only $5 a yard. Such a deal. Mad props to this business. *only furnishing for my temporary housing for now but will look to this business for my more permanent home in the near future* Would add photos of finds but waiting delivery. First time I used them the price was great, the service was great, and things were done in time. 2nd time I used them the price was great but the installation was 3 days late. 3rd time I went to use them they quoted me a ridicules price and I went somewhere else. 4th time I tried to use them I ordered a banner, explained we were advertising a grand opening for 4th of July weekend, was told it would be delivered today (the 2nd) and when I called to find out what time they would be here to install was informed that... 1. The sign wasn't even made yet 2. They could print the sign real quick and I could pick it up and install it myself 3. I would have to wait till sometime next week for them to install it. Sorry... I don't work that No one seems to care about customer satisfaction.
