From the time he received the photo in horrible shape (the cracks had been held together with duct tape), Andy was confident that he had everything under control as we held our breath. He was great in communicating with us and taking our ideas about what we wanted done. We were delighted to find out that once he received it he developed a plan on how he was going to do the restoration. We knew he was the right photographer as he did an amazing job on each of our children's weddings. Everyone had remarked about his beautiful work and loved him. We recently received an email of the before and after and couldn't be happier with them. We now are awaiting the actual restored photos with great excitement.
