I was looking for a shredding company for my office and googled for results like everyone else. I…read moresaw that the UPS store around the corner offered shredding services so I sent an inquiry for a quote. Luckily, Mike with Vanguard contacted me almost immediately. We scheduled a date and time, which I changed on him twice (Mike graciously had no issues with that at all), and they showed up when they promised, right on time...once we had a date solidified of course! The gentleman who came here was so professional and efficient my entire team was talking about him! After they left, we realized that we had forgotten to give them 5 boxes of documents. I contacted Mike again and he offered to send a van to pick up the boxes for us to be shredded at their warehouse the next time they were in the area. This was after he tried to find numerous other options to help us! He called today and another amazing gentleman showed up by the time I had his form filled out, he had the boxes loaded up and ready to go! The prices are very competitive and found them to be cheaper than Mobile and Kinkos for pamphlets and binders. We ordered signage and various promotional materials and the whole process was seamless and surprisingly enjoyable. The rep was very helpful offering a free prototype and waived the set up fee. The warehouse was very close - passed it on my way to the Prosper Ct. address, in fact. Called the posted number and spoke with Ashley the British guy. He sent a gentleman out to help with my boxes and after that was complete, took my payment over the phone. It was reasonably priced, handled in a timely manner that respected my time and chatting with Ashley twice was an absolute delight.
