I called 911 Tech Repair because my phone screen had a crack in it. I called them right when they…read moreopened and told them that my phone screen has a crack in it. He told me he had the parts in stock and that I can swing by. I arrive at 9:15 am and I told him I would wait for the repair and the gentlemen who I assumed is the owner told me it should be done by 11:00 - 11:30 am. So I hung out and waited. Taking in the aesthetic of business you can tell it's been here for a while with their out dated tech being displayed and old posters with phones of yesteryear. They even had a poster of a HTC phone which isn't even around anymore. I didn't care, all I wanted was my phone to be fixed. He took my phone and told me the cost to repair the phone was $315. He said the display is very expensive but he didn't give me a break down of what the screen cost and the labor to repair it. I sat back and waited and just like that he was done with my phone at 11:00 am. Good as new. Yes they are expensive but he got my phone fixed and done same day and with the quickness. I appreciate the quality work that 911 Tech Repair did. No complaints except it's a bit pricy but what can I do?

After I couldn't get a local place to recover my data, I decided to send to them (big mistake of not reading online reviews of them beforehand). They had quoted me over the phone a cost of $395 to $1000 max to recover. After I sent in my drive, they quoted me $2000!!! After I said no, they came back and said they could give me a discount to $1500. I still declined and now they want to charge me $40 to send my drives back (I had sent them 2 drives to place any recovered data on). The rep never told me or quoted me a price that I would have to pay to return my drives. He pointed me to a service agreement wording which was very vague and did not quote a price either.
