Recently they failed to pick up our recycle bin and then tried to blame it on me when I called them saying arkan was an out. Needless to say they wanted $75 just to come and pick up the can that their driver missed. I know this because 4 other cans on our street we're also missed. I called them back and needless to say they were very Unapologetic. They came the next day and pick up the cans up or still out. The frustration of this caused me to call of the companies for prices. I was paying over $175 every 3 months for Waste Management. I am able and have signed a contract with Groot / Republic for Waste hauling for only $67.50 for every 3 months. That's a savings of $400 a year. No brainer. So I guess if you like being ripped off or overpaying for service because like I said trash is trash continue on with Waste Management.

That day came and went. Finally on Wednesday Morning they came to pickup the tires. Little did we know that there was an extra charge for race tires, which is fine, but they also charged the regular tires at the race tire rate and even some ATV tires and some motocross bike tires as well. If I knew this was going to happen I would have never gone through with them. Before scheduling a pickup, make sure that they are clear on the pricing and you fully understand it or else they'll sneak in surcharges when they come to pick the tires up if you have a mix of different tires.
