Then they weighed my copper with the garbage can I took in and said that they would deduct 8lbs because of the garbage can. There is no way a plastic garbage can alone weighs 8lbs. When I told them I wasn't interested in their service they offered me .10 cents more. What an insult. NO WAY! I can go somewhere else and get what I'm supposed to be getting! Don't waste your time coming here!

The first woman told me that the dumpster would be delivered between 8-10 AM on Friday morning. That didn't happen. When I called at 10:10 AM, another woman told me that it was not written up that way. She told me that they will drop off the dumpster in 45 min, but it was more like 1 1/2 hours. So I took the day off work, woke up ready to go and begin filling the dumpster, but had to wait until after 11 AM to get started. Lost a lot of time. The guy who brought the dumpster out was nice and he picked it up on time. Perhaps he should be the one taking phone calls.
