We started with Marta a few years ago and had a few ups and downs that she always addressed efficiently and professionally. No serious problems at all. Then, we got Zofia. Amazing, incredible, absolutely the hardest-working, best housekeeper we have ever had. We have had many because we both work and need the help. Zofia is head and shoulders above any other and we lucked out and got her on Friday afternoons. Perfect. She typically spends more time at our house than we know she is supposed to. We are relocating out of state and we have to give up Zofia. If you need a housekeeper, call Marta now and see if you can get this incredible woman. Please be nice to her and tip her as much as she will accept. I tried to give her more than the $40 and she refused it. If your house is bigger than ours, maybe she will accept more. read more

We had been using Clean Time for quite a while. The owner and office staff was very unprofessional and overly sensitive to constructive criticism. We accommodated their request to switch days and they accused us of being uncooperative. They also make their staff work on many national holidays, who wants to have their houses cleaned on Thanksgiving or Christmas. They raised prices without advanced notices, it was on your next clean the price will be this, professional companies will give valued customer's an advanced notice. read more

AMAZING! I am so impressed. I had them come in to clean our downstairs after we had a guest leave. It was quite messy and they went beyond my expectations. She even arranged the throw pillows, flipped the mattress and cleaned under, AND she removed candle wax from my antique end table. Everything is spotless and it was not an easy job. She even swept out the outside entrance! She cleaned the windows too! She arrived a little late, but stayed after to finish the job. Best money I've spent on a cleaning crew. I cannot understand how anyone could say anything negative about this company. They are absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be calling on them again! I posted on Facebook I was looking for a one time clean of my house as my regular person wasn't unavailable. Marta responded and we set up the appointment over text. I asked for the house to be clean- bathrooms, floors, etc. I spoke to the cleaner and asked her to clean the counters, wipe off surfaces. I went out to run some errands (but another adult was home) and came back (prior to the agreed upon 4 hours) and the cleaner was gone and only cleaned the floors and bathrooms- literally- didn't clean the kitchen, wipe off any surfaces, windex any tables, etc. I paid more than my regular cleaner and the house was not cleaned. I also left my number with the cleaner if there were any questions or confusion. When I addressed this with Marta she was short and dismissive and said my request of: Clean the house, bathrooms, floors, etc implied ONLY the floors and bathrooms. I reached out to Marta, the owner, when the company I work for needed cleaning done on a consistent basis. She was fast to respond and fast to come out and quote us. She is super nice and very accommodating. We also got quotes from 3 other companies but none compared. Clean Time staff is friendly, professional, and always on time. Basia, our cleaning lady, is super nice and very proficient at her job. Our floor shines like it never has before, lol, no joke, it was never cleaned like it is now. The first time we used Clean Time was one frustrating day when I was pregnant (and with a bulging disc) and my husband decided that I was too picky to let him clean the house (nesting), but was having too much trouble with the soaps and the vacuum lifting. He contacted Marta through Angie's list. She came out to give us a quote with multiple levels of service, the option to use their or our cleaning products, and multiple frequency options. We selected one and loved our cleaner. There were a few times when we had to change the schedule due to vacation or work travel, and a replacement person was found quickly to accommodate the change. We kept them until we moved to a new town, though sadly at that time, Marta did not have anyone who could service our new area. A year after we moved, I was so fed up with our cleaning service, I called Marta and asked whether anything had changed and she might have someone in our area. We've been blessed ever since, with our current cleaner. I recommend Clean TIme again and again. However, the one thing I always say is, clean for the cleaner. We try to put things away before the cleaner comes, so that she can clean, not pick up our mess. We also vacuum and try to keep things neat, so that when our cleaner comes, she's not cleaning the top layer of kid grime, but getting at that next layer. We treat cleaning days with A/C and heat as if we are in the house, and have our supplies on hand. Ericka is awesome at helping us with our schedule too! Terrific experience! read more

I just started using them and my 2nd cleaning the cleaning lady broke my kitchen faucet and received a note from her saying sorry. I was not even mad and sent pictures to Marta (owner) just asking for her to replace it. My husband is a licensed plumber in Chicago for many years and said it needed to be replaced. Her and her husband came by to look at the faucet and try to fix it. Her husband who is NOT a plumber tried telling my husband he was wrong and it can be fixed. After 45 min she said she would buy us a new one. Next day sent me an email saying after discussing it with her husband she would not pay for it because the faucet must have been broken before because her cleaning lady could have not done it. Again my husband is a plumber we would not have a broken faucet in your house. The cleaning lady can clean my house good but if something like that happens to you the owner does not take responsibility. Businesses like this don't last due to horrible customer service. Honestly, we have had a hard time finding bids for our mobile office, but Clean Time is not only affordable, they are absolutely amazing at what they do. They are very upbeat and friendly, and their service is not comparable. It is simply amazing, we referred other offices to use them as well. We also have set up a re-occurring cleaning. If you are looking but hesitant, then definitely give them a try. I see other reviews, and if you don't believe me, call them and find out for yourself how nice they are and how well they work. This is by far the worst cleaning service I have ever used and it is all due to the owner. She gives her employees 3 hours to clean a home, no matter what size, leaving them to cut corners to finish on time. She probably figures the more they can fit in one day, the more money SHE will make sitting on rear end at home. You will be overcharged for unfinished work, everytime. read more

I was having to clean my mother's house because I was putting it up on the market for sale. Marta gave me an estimate and came on time the day she said and the job was much more difficult than expected. But she stayed late into the evening to make sure the job was done right. Unfortunately, my experience with Clean Time was not a good one. Specific instructions were not followed. The team arrived without the necessary equipment. And the job was done so poorly, they had to send another person back out to do it again. Ericka tried her best to rectify the situation, and was responsive and apologetic. Gave me a discount on the charges due to the poor work and second trip I had to make to the location. Owner (Marta), however, was argumentative, insinuated she did not believe me, and would not apologize, or even acknowledge the horrid job that was done, even after I provided several photos as proof of the condition my kitchen was left it, and seemed to care only about getting paid and pointing out all their good reviews. A good business person knows that providing excellent service to a first-time customer is the smart thing to do if you ever want to hear from them in the future. But apparently not this business owner. Would not recommend this service under any circumstance. read more
