Used their services for a move-in deep clean. For my studio, they barely spend an hour cleaning and as I suspected they didn't even wipe some spaces that I had checked beforehand to make sure they were included in the price. The countertop and cabinets were not wiped and I had to call them back to do the work. Afterwards I checked other parts of the apartment and they didn't clean the fridge or other cabinets well. As you can see in the pictures there was still a lot of dirt. If I can wipe dust off with a simple towel, I expect that a cleaning service can do so as well. Hired them for a deep cleaning service for moving in. 3 people came and they missed A LOT of spots. Had to ask them to wipe the dust off the blinds in one of the rooms. I was happy that I saw someone was cleaning the oven but they didn't even clean the warming drawer. I had also hoped they would clean the jets of the tub, I suppose they did but probably didn't have the right tools to get into the jets. So much for "deep cleaning". I reached out to the owner and she offered recleaning. Unfortunately we were gonna be out of town that next day. Never heard from the owner again. Disappointing. I had high hopes for using Jimenez, but was disappointed. We a pretty detailed list of what we want to cleaned but a number of the items they hadn't gotten to. We had two ladies clean or four bedroom three bath house and they called after only 2 1/2 hours saying they were done. It seemed a little suspect to me that they could accomplish a deep cleaning for moving out after only such little time. When I did the inspection I found a number of simple things like thoroughly washing the dust off of the blinds that had not been done. Grease was also left in the sink in the bathroom. Maybe naïvely I was expecting our house to look shiny after a deep cleaning, instead it looked rather dull. The kicker is, I tipped each of the ladies at the beginning of their cleaning in good faith, hoping that the tip up front would motivate them to do an outstanding job. I hired Brenda and her team to do a move out clean. She is very responsive with getting back to people and is very prompt. The job was a tough one has the unit needed to be cleaned throughly. The reason for the three stars is that when i arrive the stove handle was off and grate on the refrigerator was off. Absolutely disgusted on the way I've been treated by this cleaning company. I used them for close to 4 years and my last experience was appalling. Let's start with the fact that besides the first time they came (the owner cleans the first time very well) they were never great just mediocre. Last week 2 ladies came to clean and I pointed out some areas that were important to get as well as making sure the new nursery was cleaned very well bc we are expecting in a couple weeks. Anyway I leave to run some errands and tell them to text me when they're almost done so I can come back and pay them. They didn't vacuum anything, they didn't mop anything, my coffee table still had grease and crumbs on it from last nights dinner, there was food at the bottom of the kitchen sink. Absolutely nothing had been wiped down and it didn't even look like they went into the nursery. I wiped my hand across the nursery floor and it turned white with dust. They apparently thought they'd just take the money and run since I wasn't coming back to check their work. When I called company to complain they were even worse!! I sent pics and videos of everything they didn't do, I was sooo angry and I'm also 8 months pregnant for gods sake! They tried to give me a bunch of excuses, saying the prices changed(they weren't told where the money was til they said they were done), tried to say that I was lying and they did mop and vacuum, and they also said my house was so dirty. Well it wasn't "so dirty" and you're a freaking cleaning company!!!! They refused to give me a refund and said they'd have them come back to re clean. It's been over a week, no one has come so I texted them to today about a refund or re cleaning. Said they'd send someone today, I text them a couple times asking what time to expect them...no reply. I wait a couple hours and text again and call to realize they've blocked my number! DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS EVEN AFTER 4 YEARS!! Very friendly cleaning crew, they do a great job. You do have to be specific about areas you need to clean but then they're great at cleaning whatever you need them to. I provide tools (paper towels, cleaning supplies etc.) but they also bring their own supplies so that's nice too. They're quick too, for my 2 bedroom apt. they usually finish within 1-2 hours. Brenda is great, I usually text her which I find to be the best way to get in touch with her. She is responsive and can usually schedule a cleaning when needed. Highly recommend them! read more

I've never written a review before, but the horrible service I received by the Jimenez cleaning service compelled me to. Requested a deep cleaning for my one bedroom apartment few weeks back. My husband was home when three ladies came for the service. They spent less than two hours in apartment, leaving every dish washed stained, a dirty stove top, fridge, and almost everything that an average "deep clean" would offer. We paid $150 including tip, and every penny was a waste. I truly would've rather done it myself, as I alone would've done a much better job. I contacted Brenda the owner with my concerns the next day, and she offered to resend a new cleaning crew to finish the job. Taking over ten days to reply to my email, she set a cleaning date for this afternoon. Nobody showed up, not even a phone call. Do not waste your money or time on this horrible service. DISAPPOINTING. I was really happy to have found this business for cleaning out my condo. We had just moved out and requested the move out deep cleaning special. Well, it was terrible. I tried to walk through the place with the cleaners to show what I wanted cleaned: vents, baseboards, cabinet fronts, bathrooms, etc but I couldn't communicate with them because they didn't speak any english so I tried to point. I checked in after an hour and they hadn't even finished one of the bathrooms. After 2.5 hours, they left, and only the carpet cleaning people were there. It took three employees three hours to clean my 3 bed/3 bath condo and cost $120. Overall, the condo was very clean at the end and they were pleasant and thorough. My only complaint is that the floor of the master bathroom wasn't swept or cleaned and the trash can wasn't emptied. The ladies called me a couple hours later and said they were done.
