The company was professional and reached out to me regarding the ETA of the cleaner prior to arrival. The cleaner, Angelica, arrived early and asked me for any allergies we may have and to walk her around to get a good scope of work. I was initially worried about intimidating her because I'm a full time working mother with 3 small boys, so you can imagine what she walked into. Instead she appeared to be up for the challenge, without signs of judgement. She was able to transform my messy space into a place I can come home to with peace of mind. I even got a call afterwards asking if everything was to my liking! Definitely will book again and will highly recommend!

We were very disappointed! They were only there for 3 hours, which is not enough time to be thorough. I found lots of missed areas to dust and wipe after they left, and they took our Swiffer duster extension! I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but considering the high price tag and poor job, this was disappointing. Thankfully, our tenant was OCD and finished the cleaning for us. She did a much better job than DW. For a pricing reference, we pay less than half their price for our house in the suburbs that has almost 2x the square footage!

In order to get that boiler out of the basement, the company had to saw the steel-welded body apart...and it made a complete mess. It looked like a small volcano had erupted in our basement. It felt so daunting to clean after such a huge project, so we got help from Maria and her team. After the stress of a new boiler installation, K&B were our saviors. They made everything feel so incredibly easy. From the quoting process to the actual cleaning day everything was a dream. Communication, workmanship, everything was so professional. They cleaned parts of our basement that we didn't even ask them to. They not only delivered amazing service, they saved our relationship with that boiler company. Thank you Maria and team. We look forward to having you back!

At first I was leery since I never used a cleaning company, but with a 3 floor home, I needed help. He gave me a flyer and I was very surprised that they had coupons and quoted me a really good quote. Although the young lady said they do clean offices and other types of buildings, my home would also be cleaned because no job was too small or big. The lady who came (Maria), not sure if she was the owner, was extremely professional with her accent and just a pleasure to meet. She did a walk through and even said that her crew would definitely do a good job. Which was an understatement. I mean they cleaned and made my home look as if I just moved in again. And I have to say, I was really happy I called because one of the crew gave me a small zip-lock bag with 2 rings and a bracelet that I must have put some-were and couldn't find. Now for this, they get 5 stars because of their honesty. I am pleased. The prices were very competitive and maybe a bit less that a few places I thought of using, so I will be calling K & B again next time I have a "get out of hand" party. Highly recommend this crew, and also, I tipped the young lady due to being so honest.

Lyubov and Oksana did a wonderful job on our move-in deep clean. Even though the unit was…read morefurnished, they still gave the unit a thorough deep clean, and the results were amazing. Unlike other services where maids wear outdoor shoes or shoe covers that can tear, which we were worried about, these maids switched into indoor shoes right away and worked efficiently. They finished within the promised two-hour window while leaving the place very clean, including some of the furniture. We were most worried about our bathroom tiles, so we added the Microban disinfection as a paid add-on, in addition to the free green cleaning option. The Microban worked well, and the tiles and grout came out clean. We have to be honest, though: the scent was quite strong, and it took a while for the bathroom to air out afterward. Because of the pungent chemical smell, we asked the maids about the mold cleaner and whether it was part of the green cleaning, and they let us know that it wasn't. A heads-up about the scent and a note that it falls outside the green cleaning option would be helpful additions for future customers. Otherwise, we were happy with how the tiles turned out. Both maids arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and we paid exactly the rate we were quoted. One small hiccup was with scheduling. We chose the flexible arrival window for the discount, and the admin team had told us they could still confirm an exact time the morning of the cleaning day. We called that morning and never got a specific time, so we followed up and were told it was a miscommunication. A bit more clarity on scheduling next time would go a long way. On a positive note for the admin team, they picked up calls quickly and were receptive when we followed up. In short, Lyubov and Oksana were fantastic, and between the honest, reasonable pricing and the excellent cleaning, we would happily recommend Accessmaids and give five stars!
