I was told they had a contract with our village to continue services until the house was sold and we had a closing date. They asked me to call them back when the house had closed. I called them back in July and told them the house had sold and the closing would be Aug 6. They told me to call back after the closing and I did, They at one point agreed they owed me a refund for the month of August but I would have to wait until the end of their billing cycle and should call them back in Sept for them to start to initiate a refund, It is now October and I continue to get weekly notifications, (texts, phone calls, and emails) from LRS that they are going to stop my service if I don't pay their latest invoice. LRS has the most outdated archaic billing system I've ever seen and their customer service is terrible too. It's no wonder they have 1.5 stars here!
