She saw it happen and she called me to tell me. I literally called them 11 times asking them to come replace the trash trashcan that they broke. 11 times. That's gotta be your record. And the reason I'm writing this now is because I told them I was moving out on October 15 and they have continued to charge me every month and now it's mid January. They're still charging me. They're ignoring my calls and my emails. I don't know if you can choose somebody else though, but if you can, definitely do. They don't even put any minimal effort at all into this. Just not at all.
