As for all you " I showed up 10 min to close and they turned me away" it is well known you need to show up half an hour before close and be pulling OUT of the lot at closing time. I dealt with two different women over the phone at Three Rivers Waste and both are headstrong…read more They are not pleasant people to deal with. The first woman told me that the dumpster would be delivered between 8-10 AM on Friday morning. That didn't happen. When I called at 10:10 AM, another woman told me that it was not written up that way. She told me that they will drop off the dumpster in 45 min, but it was more like 1 1/2 hours. So I took the day off work, woke up ready to go and begin filling the dumpster, but had to wait until after 11 AM to get started. Lost a lot of time. The guy who brought the dumpster out was nice and he picked it up on time. Perhaps he should be the one taking phone calls.

It is our stuff, we put it on the scale not their five people rushing to unload without our permission . I am not sure if their workers are legitimate workers and they are aggressive , nasty talking people. Rushing one through the process only has the purpose of cheating on the pay, making one go with three aluminum cans bags on the steel scale ( with the truck and trailer on the scale ) has the same purpose., cheating the customers. I stand behind what I say . hope the village of Joliet will investigate this business for proper conduct and legitimate employees. Emilio C.
