I called and ask specifically how much a notary was for a specific paper. she said $5 or $10. went there 5 min later. again i told her I called and asked if still $5 or $10. she said yes. notary signed a 1 page document. then said $15. I asked again why she told me $5 or $10. she lied and said no all real estate notaries are $15. too late now as paper is signed. They changed owners. I had a mail box there. I got rid of it cause they took away the key for the front door to get into the mailbox. I work long hours and sometimes need to get to my mail in off hours. Now I can't. I had to pay a deposit for the front door key. Now they say I can't have that back. Cause they don't need the key back. They Suck big time now. Taking my business elsewhere!!! read more

Unbelievable! The owner does Phenomenal job assisting you in what you need. If you have a project and you need help on printing, putting it together or need some creativity they can do it. They have experience in all kinds of areas from banners, pictures, spreadsheets, posters etc. I had Postnet complete 3 different items that FedEx Office didn't seem interested in helping me. I emailed my idea and Andrea spruced it up and the banner turned out great! She is amazing with ideas and suggestions. I would post a 5 star review, but...I don't go there all that often to use all the amenities. However, when I do go to PostNet, it's either to use their computers or, print something out. They are super nice, very attentive and, always greet you with a smile. The internet there is super fast and, the printing service is great. They also don't cause you to break the bank when paying for any services. read more

The ladies at Postnet are helpful, prompt and have THE BEST customer service I've experienced in awhile. In the midst of everything going the women that work there are still courteous. I recently had graduation signs done there, and it came out phenomenal. They are all skilled graphic designers, who pretty much make dreams come true. If you need any design, printing or shipping services you should definitely stop by. They're much quicker then going to the post office. read more

Awesome customer service! Called ahead a time to see if they can provide the printing service we needed and the conversation with Andrea, the owner, was very comforting and understanding. We got to the store and she provided us with feedback and resources we could use and was overall very knowledgeable! She could not provide the exact service we needed (we didn't want bleeds on the page and wanted higher quality paper in a very short amount of time (same day print), so she pointed us in the right direction to where we could go. This place flat out sucks. I went there to ship a package and the lady inside treated me like I was wasting her time or something, she was rude, and she charged me so much to ship a box, damn near $50 to ship a box when everywhere else I've ever been charged right around $20, but she selected fed ex ground when I told her specifically to ship through USPS, overall horrible experience don't go here, go to Mailboxes & Print Depot in Shorewood next time you want to ship, a lot cheaper, great customer service, great service. read more
