On 12/2, they tell me they show their (phantom?) truck was here yesterday morning. Perhaps I am imagining it, but our shredding sits untouched in the hallway. It's been 2-weeks, and I am still trying to get them to make a pickup.

It is our stuff, we put it on the scale not their five people rushing to unload without our permission . I am not sure if their workers are legitimate workers and they are aggressive , nasty talking people. Rushing one through the process only has the purpose of cheating on the pay, making one go with three aluminum cans bags on the steel scale ( with the truck and trailer on the scale ) has the same purpose., cheating the customers. Nicole Austin who I believe is head of HR is so unprofessional with providing these documents. These documents are for a house I am buying and getting the round about. I even had to go in this afternoon and Nicole insisted on getting that for me. If citadel can hire people like this it should show a lot of how the company works. If you ever plan to buy any property and need confirmation from here that's something you won't get. Nicole Austin is unprofessional and Citadel should be ashamed to have her in the HR department.
