He sent a gentleman out to help with my boxes and after that was complete, took my payment over the phone. It was reasonably priced, handled in a timely manner that respected my time and chatting with Ashley twice was an absolute delight. So I say, "there might be a few last minute documents". He then tells me call me when you are ready. I need a day's notice. He gave me the impression there were several trucks out and about at any time. I finally call him on a Friday and he insists I be at my office by 8:30 MondayAM. As someone moving both home and office that wasn't easy!! As soon as I get here he calls. Their one truck is broken down of course. The bags had to be out today. Lesson learned. Now I get to scramble for a real professional service but they need a week's notice. Steer clear.
