I've ordered online and picked up in store (mailing labels). While my order was the correct…read moreproduct, it wasn't til I was working on my project that night that I saw it had been opened, partially used, and someone had stuck some used labels back inside. Thankfully I didn't run short and at that point, I just needed to get my stuff done and didn't have time to go through the whole process of trying to return/exchange/explain what their mistake was. In terms of the copy center, I recently dropped off a .pdf file of birthday invitations. The woman was very helpful (unfortunately I'm drawing a blank on her name, it was the morning of 11/2). She helped me choose the card stock I wanted them on and told me she would call me when they were done as she was in the process of doing another order (which she did call). She mentioned they offer a service to cut your product as well but it was $2 a cut and I had 4 invites per sheet....um, no thanks. Price was under $8. Overall I'm happy with my most recent experience. I'll probably use the copy center again but I'm leery of the pick up service.

If I could give my experience negative stars I would. Please note, I don't blame the single…read moreemployee in the store who was working, but store management. You have 1 employee and a line of 6 customers and 2 customers in line for Amazon returns. The only employee is waiting on both lines, not her fault. If you are unable to staff the store with enough employees, perhaps you shouldn't be in business. There are so many other places to shop for office supplies. Why would anyone waste their time here? What a sad and disappointing experience. Hello Amazon! Who needs Staples?????

I took it to this store and was told they could not ship it as it had a "black diamond" on the box. I told them they had just delivered it to me exactly as it was so how could that be. I was forced to buy a new box and label. How is it possible they can deliver to me, but not from me in the exact never touched box? Total scam. So mad.

Expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by the South Plainfield FedEx…read moreOffice Print & Ship Center. This is the only FedEx office I have encountered that consistently results in frustrating issues. We frequently ship RMA labels for warranty replacement parts. Manufacturers often send us pre-labeled FedEx packages, into which we typically place the defective part for return. However, this specific location insists on requiring us to repackage the entire shipment each time sure to the packaging being "express" packaging, a practice that is not enforced at any other FedEx location, including the FedEx ShipCenter in Aurora/Naperville. I believe this issue stems from a lack of training or misguided corporate policies. While the staff may be following instructions, they seem unable to apply customer service principles. For example, Israel "like I said" recently informed me that placing the pre-labeled package in the self-service box would result in the package being returned to me, a completely illogical outcome coming from a logistics company. With no other resolution to the problem than "you have to repackage it and pay for another label". I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with a manager or corporate representative. I hope to gain a clear explanation for the inconsistent practices at this location and how they can be aligned with the standards of other FedEx offices.
