In preparing for a show, we turned to Quality Logo Products to help us find some affordable quality promotional items. We were short on time and our representative, Kevin, helped us order and customize the products we wanted and guaranteed a prompt delivery time. When our products arrived, we noticed that a portion of pens had some of our logo scratched off which we weren't too happy about. We contacted Kevin and he said he would put a claim in to the factory. The next day he contacted us and said he would be sending us replacement pens free of charge. I placed an order for a complex manipulation of a multi-color logo to a 2 color logo -- for half of the order and a change of color from a multi-color to a one color logo for the other half of the order. Further, they had to change the logo components to fit horizontal, when it was created as a vertical. ALL was done perfectly, sent promptly, and did the additional service of poly-bagging the products so they wouldn't scratch or bump one another in transit! You don't get that today. We ordered tube neck lanyards from Quality Logo Products that we needed for a tradeshow. The ordering process was smooth & the order arrived in time. However, the order was printed completely wrong..wrong background & imprint colors. The lanyards were poor quality, poor imprint & aren't even really what tube-neck lanyards are supposed to be. We notified them 5 business days prior to the tradeshow and were told that they would reprint it correctly and send it to us by the required date. Fast forward to the day before the show and I find out that they haven't even printed the lanyards, let alone ship them, in spite of almost daily follow-up. So we ended up using product that didn't represent us correctly & was poor quality. They promised us a discount on our order but I am still waiting for that to be credited. I will definitely not be doing business with them again. However, I am giving them 2 stars because the ordering process was very smooth and I have had good response from them in the past when evaluating their products. read more

After working for weeks to make sure my product was perfect. Which included going back and forth several times (waiting three days typically and once not receiving a return phone call back about their mistakes) after the incorrect logo and image was place on my product three times. After spending 20% more than what I was originally quoted to make sure the colors would work and have enough contrast for the text to be read. I received 25% of the product in the wrong colors. When speaking with customer service I was told that to replace the 25% that were done incorrectly was too small of order for them to process. I am shocked and horribly disappointed with this company's lack of integrity to fix a mistake I spent extra money to ensure I wouldn't have happen. read more

I first ordered from them a year ago. The correspondence and customer relations were fine. We ordered 10k stickers and the price was great. Recently I tried to re-order only to find the price went up 50%. After trying to negotiate through several phone calls and emails they offered me 5% off... a coupon sitting on the top of their website - gee thanks guys! In addition the product I received was of marginal quality but I was willing to accept it for the price. I found a reputable printer with a better product (full color) for 30% less... Bottom line, these guys are a broker and all they have is a glossy website and customer service. When the customer service is lacking go someplace else. read more

I waded through hundreds of good and bad reviews about printing companies before deciding to give these guys a shot, and I got so, so lucky. The customer service rep was a delight and had personally responded three times before any other company even got me a form email. They stuck to their timeline exactly. When we received the travel mugs, they were nice, but a few of the logos were misaligned so that the white backing showed. I posted a 4-star review mentioning this and I swear I got a friendly call from my rep in minutes offering to replace all mugs with defects. Awesome!! These guys are a nightmare to deal with. The website is poorly designed, so I tried the live chat, which did not work (surprise, surprise). The employees do not seem properly trained. I looked at reviews, and they were not too promising, especially the employee reviews at Glassdoor. It certainly confirmed my bad experience. The first time I ever tried to order from QLP, the sales guy (Josh) had no idea what he was doing. I don't understand why you would put anybody on the phone, especially in sales, when that person can't sell anything because he can't answer simple questions about the product and also doesn't know anything about company policy. In addition to that, he was just plain rude. It was really clear that he did not want to be there. It doesn't matter if he is new because you never put somebody on a live call when they are obviously not properly trained. So I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I was put on hold for several minutes, The person who answered (Jeremy) was just another customer service rep and not a supervisor. It took several minutes to convince him that I wanted a supervisor. Seriously, this conversation went in circles and was a complete waste of time. I hate repeating myself so many times. Just get me to a supervisor and stop trying to interfere. It's that simple. Just say, "okay, and get me to a supervisor. Really, it's that simple. But guess what? A "manager" was not available and I was only able to leave a voicemail. My call was not returned. There's no way I would do business with this company. It's been a nightmare so far, and I have not ordered anything yet. How can it be so difficult when I just have a few simple questions? You should not give a customer the run-around and fail all sales opportunities. read more

Unfortunately, it doesn't undo the fact that I was at a trade show with no giveaways. I appreciate the gesture, but I wish they had responded that way in the beginning when I complained to them directly. It shouldn't have taken a Yelp review to get them to hear me. What an amazing company!! It was a true pleasure to work with a company that has this kind of service. I had a few questions and spoke to a real live person. I requested a sample of the metal tire pressure gauge. We never received it, but I still have the confidence to order them. I couldn't figure out how to get what I wanted written on the gauges to them when ordering online. so I went to the live chat. Ashley Hoban immediately sent me an email that was so much easier to fill out. Not even an hour later she sent the proof and other forms to look over and sign. The next day or so I got an email saying they were in production. I got a little worried because we needed them by Friday and they hadn't shipped by Wednesday. I contacted Ashley again and she said they were being shipped overnight at their expense. When I came into work on the Thursday, there they were waiting for me!! They are a very good quality tire pressure gauge and look fantastic (as a tire pressure gauge can). I highly, highly recommend using Quality Logo Products if you are in the market!! read more

Quality Logo Products' customer service was one of the worst I've encountered. I never received what I requested and they have been largely unresponsive. I recently contacted Quality Logo Products to possibly order 150 journals. I put in a request for a sample of the one I wanted and was told I would received an email from a rep confirming before the sample was processed. Almost a week went by and I had not received the email, so I called them. I was told the rep I had been assigned was unavailable, but someone else helped me, and was kind, prompt, and put in the sample order. I was frustrated that I had to call them to get them to process my request, but felt better (momentarily) after speaking with them on the phone. I received the order a few days later and unfortunately, had been sent the wrong item. I contacted my rep via email with a picture of the product I had received and asked to be sent a sample of the right item. I received a reply saying that their records showed I had received the right item even though the name of the correct item was in the email they had sent me initially, and was clearly not the same as the picture I sent. I went through the website, found the name of the incorrect item I had been sent and replied again, showing them the one I had been sent from their own website, and, once again, requesting that they send me the one I had asked for, which was clearly and correctly named in the email. I even expressed that the confusion was understandable because the two products had similar names. This was over three weeks ago and they never bothered responding. I will never use this company again. read more
