They made excuses and said, "there was nothing we could do",which, of course, is not true. They simply chose not to. So, I've wasted $55 dollars. They offered to make another one for $35. So that means it would cost me $85 dollars for a sweatshirt and t-shirt that fits. Would that be acceptable to you? I strongly discourage people from using this company for their fundraisers. I will be helping our school district find another vendor who will be willing to provide far better customer service. I'll make it easy by providing the research for them. I'm sure there are many other companies who would love a large contract like this.
