Just to fill out a financial affidavit, which anyone can do themselves in 20 minutes, the firm billed me thousands of dollars for "work" and unnecessary communications. That is just one example of the financial misconduct on which many other reviewers elaborate. As far as getting me ahead in my case, their "counsel" had a negative impact, on all issues. In addition, they would not allow me to attend any of my hearings, after advising me to do so. They provided some shifty legal reason for this discrepancy, which was absolutely fabricated, although I didn't know better at the time. Financially, ethically, and strategically, you do not want them handling your case, whether it be simple or complex.
