Tide sends my item to an outside company, I wait a couple of weeks to get the jacket back, charged $47 and receive the same dirty garment in return. I've been promised someone will call me for more than a month. I've made three trips to the store each time being told nobody there can help me. The work was good, but extremely expensive for the alterations needed. The store is a small store but carries high quality suits, sport coats and shirts, but again at very high prices. If I was still working, I would probably shop for some. As I am retired, I only needed some alterations for a few sport coats for casual use. I do not plan to use them for that again, however I may buy some of their merchandise if the need arise.
