Although they gave me a cleaning refund for the patio, they destroyed the drapes (about $1,700) Most upsetting is that they didn't even admit to it in either case. Very disappointed in the deception the most. It was very obvious that these were very good quality drapes and absolutely no care was taken in handling them. They make you sign a waiver, which most places do, but it looked like a Rottweiler handled these. One would expect better care and honesty with customers instead of trying to pass off their incompetence and mistakes.

Further, when I tried it on to see, I was told I was just seeing things and the dress was fine. That there is bunching because of the 'bone' in the dress. I took it to another seamstress and she was able to show me the little work done and how it ruined my dress. I dont know how this guy has a business when he does not know how to sew. Don't bring things there. It was very expensive for few stitches that did not even address my request.
