The work was good, but extremely expensive for the alterations needed. The store is a small store but carries high quality suits, sport coats and shirts, but again at very high prices. If I was still working, I would probably shop for some. As I am retired, I only needed some alterations for a few sport coats for casual use. I do not plan to use them for that again, however I may buy some of their merchandise if the need arise.

Although they gave me a cleaning refund for the patio, they destroyed the drapes (about $1,700) Most upsetting is that they didn't even admit to it in either case. Very disappointed in the deception the most. It was very obvious that these were very good quality drapes and absolutely no care was taken in handling them. They make you sign a waiver, which most places do, but it looked like a Rottweiler handled these. One would expect better care and honesty with customers instead of trying to pass off their incompetence and mistakes.

I needed to get my 2 boys fitted for a wedding and I was already uneasy about the service we would get, but it is the closest store and the wedding was fast approaching. The salesperson could not locate the wedding party despite having the 1st and last names of the bride and the groom and the date of the wedding. Another salesman came over to help and he couldn't get it either. After about 15 minutes of them trying, I was able to get ahold of the groom to locate the group number. I had been in the store a few weeks prior and that salesperson was able to pull up the info with no problem, I don't know why these 2 had such a hard time. I was in there with my kids to get fitted for a wedding they are standing up in and the one salesman said to the other "I don't know how to measure kids" to which the other guy said "The same way you do a regular person." I almost walked out at this point. I had ZERO confidence that they would be able to get this done, but the next nearest location was about 20 minutes away and with the holiday approaching I couldn't risk not getting fitted that day. They eventually figured it out. Also, I cannot believe that a CHILD'S tuxedo rental is $250! The bride also had no idea it would be this much. She assumed the kids cost would be much cheaper that an adult tux. I paid nealy $500 for my 2 kids to RENT a tux. Simply outrageous.

He was disgusted with the request and became agitated when I was surprised by his unwillingness to help. There is no way I will ever give this joker a dime of my business. If you do decide to use him, you may want to request that he washes his hands or wears gloves while handling your garments as he had a festering, open sore on his mouth and you might not want hands that have touched that coming in contact with your stuff. Unfortunately, I requested that a dress be taken in to adjust for the lost weight. The only thing this guy did was tighten it at the top and it was completely inappropriate. Further, when I tried it on to see, I was told I was just seeing things and the dress was fine. That there is bunching because of the 'bone' in the dress. I took it to another seamstress and she was able to show me the little work done and how it ruined my dress. I dont know how this guy has a business when he does not know how to sew. Don't bring things there. It was very expensive for few stitches that did not even address my request.
