The work was good, but extremely expensive for the alterations needed. The store is a small store but carries high quality suits, sport coats and shirts, but again at very high prices. If I was still working, I would probably shop for some. As I am retired, I only needed some alterations for a few sport coats for casual use. I do not plan to use them for that again, however I may buy some of their merchandise if the need arise.

Silvia completely ruined my daughter's wedding dress after deciding to steam it on her own - Something Silvia was not hired to do. Who does that! She claims to "take pride in her work, have integrity, and be an expert," but the damage she caused shows the complete opposite. There is nothing about this situation that reflects pride, quality, or expertise - only carelessness and a lack of accountability.
