The work was good, but extremely expensive for the alterations needed. The store is a small store but carries high quality suits, sport coats and shirts, but again at very high prices. If I was still working, I would probably shop for some. As I am retired, I only needed some alterations for a few sport coats for casual use. I do not plan to use them for that again, however I may buy some of their merchandise if the need arise.

I went in to get a comforter dry cleaned, and was completely ignored by the employee working. I…read morewaited for them to come out of the back for 5+ minutes, and even walked out and back in to make the sensor/alarm go off to alert them that a customer was there. I peaked into the back and the man working was sitting there literally just ignoring the fact that a customer had walked in. There wasn't a "hello, I'll be with you in a moment" or anything. Just completely ignored. This happened during business hours as well. They have lost my business and I will not be returning.
