Best Plus Cleaners is the only place I go to for my dry cleaning needs. The owners are very professional , friendly and always provide timely service. I just recently brought in a pair of blue jeans that had the ripped holes in the knees and are patched from the inside. After years of wear and washing, the patches came off. I brought the jeans in to be repaired. I explained just exactly how I wanted the repair to be done. When I picked up the jeans, they were perfect. I highly recommend them for dry cleaning and repairs. read more

Very friendly owner. My hubby needed a pair of pants hemmed. I asked for a three day turnaround and the owner said no problem. I think the price for the hem and press is reasonable. I'll go back for additional clothes needing alterations. read more

I have been using Best Plus for 5 years. The reason I started using them was because of their pick up/delivery service. They come to my house, pick up my clothes and deliver them back a few days later. This way I don't have to think about dropping off and picking up my clothes. They take good care of my clothes and I haven't had any issues. I'd highly recommend them. read more

You simply cannot beat the service at Best Plus Cleaners! I've been a loyal customer for 20 years because of their impeccable service. The husband and wife owners, H.Y. and Clara, are driven to perfection. Years ago, Clara would see me pull up in my car, and she was already getting my clothes off the rack before I even walked inside. She never needs a claim ticket. I bet she can be shown any item of clothing laundered at her facility and identify the owner immediately. Her recall is astonishing. I've never had one piece of misdirected clothing in all of these years. Recently I learned that Best Plus Cleaners offers delivery service in my subdivision, so I simply leave my clothes in one of their heavy-duty, draw-string bags on my porch, they pick up, dry clean and return. How simple is THAT? No extra charge either. I have also been very happy with their alterations and appreciate their hangar recycling receptacle. Thank you, H.Y. and Clara, for making our neighborhood a better place to live! read more

The couple who run this place are very nice and pleasant. They have donuts on the weekends and never have disagreed with me. They do their best to correct a bad situation, but when it is the same thing over and over again I think a new process should be approached. There have been requests made by me that sometimes go unnoticed. To start - I like to have a crease in my shirts. When I have a full blown road created on my business shirt sleeves(two creases with a 1/4 inch between them) or an airplane landing strip, it is less than professional. This has happened A LOT of times. They sometimes pay attention to this, but sometimes don't. What I don't get is how they MUST see this, but still push through the order without correcting it. I also find it odd that they can't push out clothes the same day as some other establishments can. This would be HELPFUL in some cases I have come across, but is not that BIG of a deal. It is not like I needed more than one or two pieces before the end of the day, and it is always dropped off first thing in the AM, if not the first customer even! They have hours clearly noted on the door, but for early morning 6-7am opening times (I forget which) they have been late by 20 minutes at times. If you are going to post hours of operations and continually miss them, then change your times. I understand that things come up, but when I have missed Metra trains because of ones continuous tardiness, I highly suggest a new opening time. read more
