The owners walked me through every step of the process. They could not have been nicer. They called me to come in to inspect the dress before they boxed it up. It looked brand new!! Honestly, without a question, Happy Cleaners has earned my business with just one visit. I came in with a suit including a dress shirt and also a tie. These were tailored, expensive pieces and I wanted them properly cleaned for storage. I was asked when I needed it back, I told them to take their time. I was told it would be ready by the weekend. I dropped by on Monday I believe. I ended up picking it up the following Monday, it was my earliest available time to make it back. My dress shirt was white, but had yellowing around the collar. My first reaction was that they purchased me a new shirt. It literally looked brand new. I couldn't believe it. Everything was packaged well. Price was great. I told them I'd be back. I went home and grabbed another two suits, three jackets, four dress shirts and one vest. I wasn't kidding when I'd come back! Same day. I came with several articles of clothing a month or two ago while visiting Bartlett. Also looked up a few other cleaners nearby, but decided on Happy Cleaners because of the positive reviews. I'm glad I did! They were very patient and attentive to my concerns -- I had a favorite woolen scarf with some mold or mildew growing and a nasty smell, so I asked a few questions and they promised to do what they could. When I came back, the scarf was clean, looked good as new, and the smell barely noticeable (a few days out and about and it disappeared completely). I was nervous because I don't have much experience with dry cleaners, plus I thought I'd lost my scarf for good. Now I wear it everyday again! Everything else they cleaned for me (suit jacket and pants, wool sweater) was in great shape, too. I did quite the research when I decided I wanted to clean and preserve my wedding dress, and I'm so glad I came to Happy Cleaners. From the first meeting, the lady at the counter greeted me and answered all of my questions and allowed me to decide what I wanted to do. After they cleaned the wedding dress, they called me so that I could come take a look to make sure I was satisfied first. They said it's because once the dress is in the box, it's not advisable to take it out and it'll be hard to inspect every part of the dress. They did an amazing job cleaning my dress, even my fragile lace belt. My dress looked brand new and it was a wonderful feeling knowing I selected a good cleaner. I just received the final product today, with my dress preserved in a box, and I could not be happier. The woman and the man working there have such a joyful presence. When I told them how happy I was today, the man commented: "I'm happy when you are happy, we're happy cleaners!" Haha, so cute.
