The price is low for the wonderful work they do. I brought in a jacket and the sleeves were totally floods on me. I looked ridiculous. However, I was nervous how this dress would fit because she altered it to someone else, as we got the dresses mixed up for my 2nd fitting. Needed my dress cleaned for our Vday Celebration in the city. The minute I entered the door, a young man greeted me and was incredibly friendly. Asked me if I had ever been there before and I said no, and he then goes "Well good, I can give you some coupons and you will instantly get a discount on your cleaning." LOVE IT. Asks me when I need it, I said by Friday and he goes, "Oh we will have it done by Monday" (It is Saturday by the way). Rings me up and it is incredibly reasonable, I was out only $9 for my cleaning, that was including my new member discount. Show up Monday, the guy remembers me, hands me my dress and even more coupons. My dress is perfection and I have just found a new cleaners :)

Extremely unprofessional service and complete lack of responsibility…read more I had two very bad experiences with this dry cleaning. First, I brought an expensive dress (around $500). When I came to pick it up on the promised day, they could not find it. Staff searched everywhere -- clean items, dirty items, everything -- and the dress was completely missing. Only the next day I was informed that it was "found." Where it was and why it disappeared remains unclear. Because of this, I did not have my dress for an important event. Despite this serious issue, I gave them another chance -- which was a big mistake. I later brought two expensive white blazers (one ~$500, another ~$300). Both were returned ruined. * One blazer came back with multiple stains that were never there before and is now completely unwearable. * The belt from that blazer was also lost and only returned later after I came back again. * The second blazer (part of a matching set) came back yellow/ivory instead of white, making the set unusable. I received my items in worse condition than when I brought them in. When I pointed this out, staff denied responsibility and claimed the stains were already there, which is absolutely not true. The only "compensation" I received was a refund of the $5 cleaning fee -- for items worth over $800 total. If you care about your clothes, especially expensive ones, I strongly recommend staying away. A clean-looking location and decent Google rating do not reflect the actual quality or accountability of this business.

Yes, they take credit cards but beyond that expect paper slips for receipt of drop off, etc. Prices are fair for laundering, dry cleaning and alterations. Basic alterations can often seem a bit high, but quality of work is on point.
