Customer Service is great - very cheerful. Clean and bright location. Easy to get to. I did take in a velvet jacket that I had worn once and spilled something on. They did a bit of damage in the process of trying to get the stain off - not so much that I can't still use it, but I'm picky...so I do notice it a little bit. Overall though, they have done a good job for us with this one exception. Recommend - yes, but with caution about velvet jacket incident. Return? Yes - we take all our cleaning there...with the exception of velvet jackets.....I can damage those at home for cheaper myself! :-)

When you buy clothes and they are folded they are usually not intended to be hung- they claim all clothes can be hung. Even with proof that shoulders are stretching from hanging. Some materials cannot be on a hanger. You bring your clothes to cleaners because they require further care not to be careless and be given excuses, and no apology. Not returning. No value here.

I came back home and saw that not only was the stain still there, but they had also torn the edge of the collar. Looks like a chemical burn. They never mentioned it when I picked it up the second time, and now, the owner blames me, saying it was always there due to wear and tear.
