You can see the damage. I didn't have high hopes for the future of this chair or its mate that had suffered a fair amount of cat abuse over the same time period. Anthony and his team are phenomenal. Given photos, he provide an honest estimate. Next he guided us in choosing new fabric from over a thousand choices. His associates took the chairs from our living room to their shop, telling us when they'd be done. They were completed right on time and the project cost was not a penny more than the quote. But beyond that, just look at the craftsmanship! The quality of the work is outstanding. I was floored. I thought these chairs were ready for the dumpster and now they're ready for the showroom. Brand new chairs could not possibly look better or be sturdier than these. And they would have cost about double what we paid for the reupholstering. He was an artist who gave it his all. When he was done, I couldn't see the scratch at all; it had been very conspicuous. I am so glad I contacted UU. The other company was going to charge me more and casually suggested just doing a patch--which would have looked far worse! Highly recommend!
