All I did was tell them our team name and their artists immediately sent an awesome design for my approval. Nothing had to be tweaked- they designed exactly what I wanted on the first try. A & R Screening responded promptly to all my questions and even added on a shirt last minute for a late participant. The shirts were ready more than a week before game time and pick up was smooth. My order (sizes/fits) was 100% accurate. There were over 30 teams at the softball tournament and I was told several times that our team definitely won best uniforms. I placed my order, was told to come back at a certain time, and when I arrived my order was pretty much ready. (I ordered 4 shirts and the employee was working on the last 2 when I arrived, which was fine.) The second time I used Stitch by Stitch, it was much more of a hassle. I placed my order in the store and I was told to come back the next day. He didn't give a specific time so I assumed I could come anytime during the day. I tried calling before I came to assure that my order was completed but no one answered the phone. I ended up coming to the store to check on my order, in spite of the fact that I couldn't get in contact with anyone to confirm that my order was ready. I arrived at 1pm. At that time, I was told that my shirt wouldn't arrive until after 4pm but the design was ready. I asked if I could see the design, then found out that he lied. The design wasn't ready yet either. This wasn't a big deal though. He designed it right then and there and I was able to provide feedback, which was nice. He then instructed me to return after 5pm. I came at 6pm and my shirt still wasn't ready. He reassured me that he would do mine next and that it would be ready in an hour. I came back at 7pm and, of course, the shirts still aren't ready. The owner is a very kind guy! He went above and beyond to assure that I liked the shirt but he needs more help. He was working by himself and several people came in to find that their order wasn't complete. Don't use this service if you don't have a little extra time to spare. It's also pretty pricey...

When I received my "one" blue bat I was confused because the only reason I purchased is for a red bat. (which for some reason is very hard to find). When I contacted them about the issue they told me that there was nothing that they could do to fix the issue. I could pay to ship the bat back and then purchase another one, but they could not guarantee me a red bat because they are picked randomly at the warehouse. So, I'm stuck with a $11 blue plastic bat that I can't use. FU Palos Sports
