Within an hour, I had created and sent over my design, and they had the shirt printed and ready within the next hour. That level of speed and responsiveness is hard to come by. Not only was the service incredibly fast, but it was also very affordable. For a single custom shirt, I paid just over $16, which I thought was more than reasonable given the turnaround time and quality. This spot honestly saved me from having to make an hour long drive to my usual place, and I'm so glad I found them. One thing to keep in mind, they were able to turn this around so quickly because I made my own design and it was printed on a white shirt. If you're looking for a colored shirt, or for their help in design, it may take a bit more time, and they are upfront about that. Respect the process, they know what they are doing and they're good at it! Also, logistical note, the GPS will bring you to the front of the building, however, parking is on the next residential street or behind the store. The job included a set of male t-shirts and female tank tops. Initially, the project was moving along just fine. However, some issues needed to be ironed out regarding the tank-top. The white tanks were too sheer to be acceptable in white. I requested to see the product in two other colors available, light pink and light blue, to determine the contrast level between the ink and textile. This is a normal step in the determining accurate printing. I was told by the representative, Tom L., that he felt I as a customer would never be satisfied with the end product. Seriously? I'm placing an order for about 100 T's and Tom is concerned that I want to be as accurate as possible? What a joke. Tom told me that he did not want my project. I guess Topnotch Silkscreening is NOT concerned with attention to detail. Clearly, Topnotch is FAR from providing a top notch product. If you want a vendor that has little regard for high-end production standards, look no further.

Usually, packages I order I have delivered to my job, however, on January 30, 2018, I ordered a 25-lb snow blower from Amazon.com that I scheduled to pick up at a UPS Access Point location due to the weight of it. When placing an order through a representative, she assured me that it would be delivered via UPS. This was an important item because we had a horrendous snow storm that was coming in a few days predicting 6 inches to a foot of snow. This was an awful time for me because I had just lost my Mom on 1/17/18 and needed to make sure her house was plowed. I got notification through Amazon that the item was ready so I went to this store to pick up. I didn't know what I'd be facing when doing this. I told the young man at the counter that I was here to pick up a package and gave him my ID. He told me that he didn't have a package for me. I showed him proof through my phone app that the package had been delivered there. He looked around and then told me "Oh, there is a package that came from the post office and I opened it, is this yours?" I looked inside and lo and behold, the parts to the snow blower were in there. It was then that the chaos started. He told me we don't normally accept post office packages and you should be glad that I accepted it. I informed him that Amazon told me it would be through UPS. He told me that since it was shipped to his store and it's not UPS that he is not obligated to turn it over to me. When I tried to answer, he threatened to keep my package and told me to let him think about what he plans on doing. I explained to him that my dear Mom had just passed away and to please not treat me in this way, let me have my package and I will just go. He kept looking at my ID, knowing that the package was directly addressed to me. I know he was enjoying threatening me and giving me a hard time. When I tried to show him the name on the invoice to prove that it was me, he interrupted that attempt and told me "Just take this package before I change my mind". It was then I was just about in tears. There was a line of people so I guess he was happy that he had an audience to show this harassment. There was an gentleman who also worked at the store, watching the incident who felt sorry for me. He saw me as a woman trying to struggle with this package and he came to my rescue and told me he would carry it to my car. That was the only bright light to this story. I thank God for him. I will never step foot in that store again - no human should ever be treated with that much harassment, disrespect and rudeness over a simple shipment error from a business that wasn't my fault. Sharing so that others are aware.
