These guys will walk you through any questions you have, make sure you're satisfied BEFORE the manufacturing process. And their turnaround is incredible. Our mistake - we had a CD release show coming up and ran out of a bunch of sizes of our tees. About five days before the show, I put another order in. I didn't expect them to be ready, I even made an order sheet for folks at the show who wanted to buy a size we didn't have. I mentioned the show in conversation to Darren, never asked for the tees to be ready by that date. And then the afternoon of the show, I get a voicemail message. Excellent customer service and communication…read more I requested an order of 13 shirts before Christmas (2 weeks into December), and my shirts were ready 3 days later. A few places had minimum orders, were at order capacity, or just pricey. Wayne was very communicative, had exactly the shirt style I was looking for, edited my design quickly, and was very quick to reply to emails. On top of this he was also the most reasonably priced option. There was a small issue after picking up, as the sizes were each shifted over in the invoice and therefore also on the printed product (received 5 Large instead of 5 medium, etc) I notified Wayne of this and he was willing to correct at and was honest about being unsure to complete it before the holidays. I lucked out and still got the missing sizes in time! My recipients loved their shirts and will definitely recommend and do business with this company again should I need more items.
